- デイスク状基板の回転塗布機構及び乾燥不活性
ガスの導入及び排出機構を備えた密閉円筒容器か
らなる回転塗布型光デイスク製造装置において、
容器上面に、容器内に導入される不活性ガスが直
接基板に触れないように配置された導入口を複数
個有する導入機構を同心円状に設けたことを特徴
とする回転塗布型光デイスク製造装置。
