Various proposals have been made regarding opening the fused portion only by hand. These are methods in which a single vertical cut called an I-notch or a V-shaped cut called a V-notch is made at or near the fused portion. With an I-notch, it is difficult to find the notch site, and with a V-notch, small pieces are scattered after cutting, worsening the working environment. Moreover, in these methods, the notches are too large, which significantly reduces the strength of the fused parts, and it is not possible to provide a large number of notches.Furthermore, they tear during the bag making and filling process, so they cannot be processed in advance in sheet form, and it is difficult to make bags. , processed after filling. Moreover, in reality, it was difficult to find the part where the notch was provided, which was inconvenient.

Another method is to make perforations in advance in the base material portion that has high tear resistance and then laminate other materials, but this method significantly reduces the strength of the bag as a sealed bag.

Therefore, in Japanese Patent Application No. 57-33580, a fused portion was proposed in which a large number of scars are densely provided on the edge line of the fused portion of the sheet constituting the bag. According to this technique, it is possible to start tearing the fused portion manually from any location.

However, even with the above technique, the bag materials on both sides of the fused portion are torn at the same time, making it impossible to unseal the bag in a ring shape from a preferred location while the contents are stored in the fused portion. In order to reliably open the bag in a ring shape, it was first necessary to tear the fused portion in two strips and peel off the fused portion sandwiched between these two locations. Moreover, the part to be broken differs depending on the case, and there has been a demand for a fused part that can be opened in a ring shape from any part of the vertically fused part.

c) Means for Solving the Problem] The present invention solves the above problem, and has a structure in which, in a plastic sealed bag whose periphery is fused, a tape-shaped opening piece is fused to all or part of the vertical fused portion. It is inserted with the side part protruding almost parallel to the part, and is integrally fused with the vertical welding part, and the protruding opening piece is processed so that it can be torn by hand or it can be cut by hand. It is made of a tearable material and is characterized by notches arranged closely along the edge line of the vertically fused portion. Furthermore, in addition to the above configuration, the opening piece is made of a single layer product or a laminate of two or more layers,
The adhesive strength between the opening piece and the bag material at the beginning of opening is greater than the adhesive strength between the opening end portion and the laminated surface of the bag material or the opening piece itself.

The bag according to the present invention is produced by longitudinally welding long sheets together,
It is obtained by repeating horizontal welding, cutting, and filling as appropriate, then making and filling the bag, and the vertical welding part is the so-called three-sided seal type welding part at the horizontal edge of the bag, and the vertical welding part is at the center of the bag. It can be used for various types of bags, such as the so-called pillow type, which is found in Japan, and the four-sided seal type, which has two vertically fused parts.

The opening piece is a thin tape-like piece, and may be a single-layer product, but is preferably a laminate product with two or more layers, and any film may be used as long as it is strong enough to be picked by hand and not cut during opening. Furthermore, in terms of affinity with the fusion surface of the bag material, it is preferable that one side be large and the other side be small. For example, if a laminate of paper and polyethylene film is used as the opening piece, and the opening piece is sandwiched between polyethylene bag materials and heat-sealed, the adhesive strength between polyethylenes is greater than that between polyethylene and paper, so the opening piece By tearing the bag into strips at two places and pulling it, the adhesive layer between the polyethylene and paper peels off, and this part becomes the end of the opening, and the opening piece is guided into a ring shape while remaining fused to the bag material at the beginning of opening. In other words, the opening start part is the part where the bag begins to open in a ring shape by pulling the opening piece, while the opening piece and the bag material remain in close contact with each other, and the opening end part is the part where the bag first peels off by pulling the opening piece. .

Alternatively, a laminate with a three or more layer structure in which polyethylene layers are provided on both sides of an airtight material such as aluminum foil or a laminate of this and other materials is used as an opening piece, and an airtight material layer of 2N or more is used. If at least one of the laminates with the polyethylene layer is laminated without using an anchor coat as an adhesive, the adhesive strength in this part will be weakened, and the vertically fused part will peel off in this part when the package is opened.

Furthermore, the opening piece does not necessarily have to be a laminated product; for example, if paper or nonwoven fabric is used, the opening piece body will separate or peel off into layers upon opening. In addition, two types with different adhesive properties are available.
So-called H3OP, which is essentially a single-layer product in which polyethylene is laminated via an anchor coat, or a method in which a single-layer product is subjected to corona treatment to control the adhesion on both sides.
The object of the present invention can be achieved by a method using a hot melt adhesive whose adhesive strength is adjusted.

Even if the adhesive strength of both sides or laminated surfaces of an unsealing piece is the same, if you hold the unsealing piece and pull it strongly to one side, the stress will be concentrated on the opposite side of the pulling direction because a notch has been added beforehand. The vertically fused parts of the parts peel off locally and can be opened laterally.

Furthermore, in the present invention, since the tape-shaped opening piece is fused without being sandwiched to all or part of the vertically fused portion, the opening piece must be torn by hand at two or more points from its edge line. The material must be made of a material that can be torn by hand, or the entire edge line must be notched so that it can be torn by hand.

The tip of the opening piece protrudes enough to be pinched by hand, the base is sandwiched between the vertical welding parts to maintain the sealed state of the welding part, and any part of the opening piece is torn into a strip of any width. If the fused part is fused together so that when you pick up the torn part and pull it out, the fused part with the opening piece sandwiched in can be peeled off by the width of the torn part. It doesn't have to be worn.

In the present invention, a notch is just a flaw that allows the bag material to be torn apart by hand, and it does not matter whether it penetrates the material or not. Provided along the edge line of the vertical fusion part. Furthermore, it is preferable that the notch be provided along the edge line of the protruding portion of the opening piece and provided along the edge line of the vertically fused portion only at the beginning of opening. If it is provided only at the beginning of opening, by tearing two parts of the opening piece into a strip and pulling it, only the beginning of opening of the fused portion will be torn, and the end of opening will remain as it is, making the fused portion easy to peel off. The means for notching is not particularly limited, but it is preferable to perform the notching according to the method disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 57-33580.

According to the present invention, since a notch is provided in advance at the end of the opening piece protruding from the edge line of the vertically fused part and at the edge of the vertically fused part, any part of the opening piece can be cut into any desired position. By tearing the bag material into width strips and pulling it, one bag material can be torn from the notch to the desired width. The opening part of the opening piece is bonded more strongly than the opening end part, so the opening piece and the opening opening part do not separate, and the opening piece torn into a strip and the opening end part peel off, and the vertically fused part is partially separated. It will peel off.

When making and filling such a fused bag, for example,
A minute bag notch was provided along one edge line of the long bag material. On the other hand, a laminated tape made of paper and polyethylene is wound and unwound from one end. This tape was sandwiched parallel to the vertically fused portion, and immediately after thermal fusion, horizontal fusion and filling were repeated in a conventional manner.

To open the unsealing piece, pick any part of the opening piece 5 with your fingers and tear it into two strips of arbitrary width as shown in Figure 3.Pinch the opening piece torn into strips and remove the vertically fused part. Pull in the direction of peeling. At this time, since the polyethylene 6 of the opening piece 5 is fused to polyethylene of the same quality as the bag material, the fusion is completed completely and has strong adhesive strength. However, on the paper 7 side, the polyethylene of the sealant 2 has penetrated into the pores of the paper, and sufficient adhesive strength cannot be obtained. Therefore, if a force is applied to the opening strip 5 torn in a strip shape and peeled off, the peeling stress will be concentrated between the paper 7 and the sealant 2, which have the lowest adhesive strength, due to the principle of leverage. At this time, since a notch is provided in advance at the opening start part 12 of the vertical welded part, the edge line 9 of the vertical welded part is torn at two places at both ends of the unsealing piece 50, and at the same time, the opening part 5 and the opening part are torn at two places. The end portion 13 was peeled off, and tearing was induced in the direction of slicing into rounds as shown in FIG. Although the same effect was obtained by using a nonwoven fabric instead of paper as the opening piece, it is preferable to provide the opening piece notch 14 also in the nonwoven fabric.

As another example of the opening piece 5, a three-layer structure was used in which the same bag material was used and polyethylene layers were provided on both sides of aluminum foil or other film. An anchor coat is usually used during lamination, but it was not used at all or only on some laminated surfaces. In this case, the adhesive layer between the polyethylene without the anchor coat and the other film was easily peeled off by pulling the opening piece that had been torn into a strip at an arbitrary location, and the bag could be torn into a ring.

If the inside of the bag is made of something other than polyethylene, one side of the opening piece should be made of the same material as the inside of the bag or a material with good adhesive properties, and the other side should be made of a material with weaker adhesive strength within the range that can ensure sealing.
