Conventionally, this type of pump room was constructed by drilling a hole at the location where the pump room was to be installed, assembling a wooden frame, etc., and then pouring concrete, etc. on site. It is extremely difficult to assemble wooden frames, etc., it takes several days for the poured concrete to completely dry and harden, and the design of installing drain pipes or inlet pipes in the pump room made of concrete is difficult. The work is difficult and the overall cost is extremely high.Furthermore, as the conventional pump room is constructed entirely on-site as mentioned above, the quality is not stable, and the pump room has the disadvantage of being highly watertight, low noise and low vibration. There were drawbacks such as the fact that it was extremely difficult to construct the pump chamber simply and reliably.

To specifically explain one embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings, in Figs. 1 to 3, first, a hole having a predetermined width and depth is drilled in the ground at a location where a pump chamber is to be installed. At the same time, a foundation 1 is constructed by hardening the bottom of the hole with chestnut stone, etc. Next, on this foundation 1, a hollow disc-shaped bottom block 2, a cylindrical frame block 3, and cylindrical straight wall blocks 4, 5 are installed. and an eccentric inclined cylindrical one-sided inclined block 6 are stacked in order, and a gap 7 is formed at the inner circumferential wall meshing portion with these main body block 3, straight wall blocks 4, 5, and one-sided inclined block 6, and this gap is 7 is filled with a rubber ring 8 and a sealing material 9 to keep the laminated portion watertight, and furthermore, the outer peripheral wall is tightly connected to each other by a fastening plate 10 and a fastening bolt 11, so that the entire structure is integrated. are doing.

As described above, the method for configuring the pump room according to the present invention is as follows: After drilling a hole in the ground where the pump room is to be installed,
The base blocks, main frame blocks, straight wall blocks, single-sided inclined blocks, etc. that have been manufactured in advance at the factory can be stacked in order and tied together, so unlike the conventional construction by pouring concrete on site, wooden frames are used. There is no need to assemble or disassemble the pumps, etc., and they can be assembled and configured in a short time. Therefore, even on roads with heavy traffic, the pump room can be easily constructed by short work at night. Since each block, etc. can be pre-produced uniformly in a factory, a pump chamber with stable quality can be constructed, and the number of stacked straight wall blocks, adjustment rings, etc. can be changed. This allows you to freely configure a pump chamber of any depth.
Furthermore, by preparing blocks with different diameters and heights, it is possible to freely configure pump chambers with different inner diameters and heights, making it extremely easy to design and construct pump chambers. It is reliable, and requires an extremely small space for drilling holes and the work site that make up the pump room, compared to conventional on-site concrete pouring, so it can be installed in narrow spaces, making effective use of land. Holes for installing outflow pipes and inflow pipes can be drilled at arbitrary positions on the main body blocks and straight wall blocks at the factory etc. when these blocks are shipped, so design and construction are reliable. In addition, the pump chamber in which the present invention is implemented has a wall made up of blocks, a bottom plate block, and an invert that are integrally connected and fixed to each other. Because of this, the pump can be stably installed and fixed in the invert, and rubber rings and sealing materials are embedded between each block, so the wall can be kept watertight. Since the , bottom plate, pump, etc. are integrally connected, there is almost no vibration or noise when the pump is operating.
Moreover, since the components of the pump chamber according to the present application can be produced in a factory, they have the feature that they can be mass-produced with good quality at low cost.
