すると、未処理液の場合はマウスでは5日後に足
裏に、モルモツトは6〜14日後に横腹に皮膚反応
を起した。しかるに処理液の場合は同様に皮膚反
応を起こすが、その症状が未処理液の場合に比べ

除いた液を得た。遅延型アレルギー症を高めるこ
とが知られているサイクロホスフアマイドを塵の
液1ミリリツトルに対し100ミリグラムの割合で
混入した乳化液の2ミリリツトルを免疫マウスの
腹腔内に注入した。10匹のマウスのうち死んだ2
匹も含め残る8匹にも足裏の皮膚反応は見られな
かつた。一方カーペツトの残りの区分に1平方米
当り純水60ミリリツトルを噴霧し、自然乾燥し、
そこから得た塵に上記と全く同じ操作を加えた乳
化液を2ミリリツトル腹腔注入したマウスでは10
匹のうち死んだ3匹も含め残る7匹にも強い足裏

たが、純水をカーペツトリンス機を用いて同様操
作して得た、ダニ実験液によつては強い四型アレ
