Detailed Description of the Invention (Object of the Invention) The purpose of the present invention is to completely prevent ash fall and dust from entering due to strong winds through small gaps between the overlapped tiles of tiled roofs in volcanic regions. Patent application filed earlier by the same inventor as the present invention in 1982-
This relates to a tile for preventing ash dust intrusion, which is an improvement of the invention of No. 106625 (August 1, 1982).

Also, there is a combination called "ideal tile" in which part E is above part C in the roofing relationship shown in Fig. 5 of the present invention, but part E is thin and damaged. Not only was the A part thick and unsightly, but the gap between the diagonal notches was large and was hardly effective in preventing the intrusion of ash dust.

(Structure of the Invention) In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a protruding blocking piece that fits into a corner recess on the back side of the tile that is joined to the notch, and mutually connects to each other on either the back side or the front side of each side. In addition to providing protrusions or grooves to be combined,
The roofing is done so that the E part is below the C part, and the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings of the embodiments.

On the other hand, on the surface H of the insertion side M, a longitudinal groove 12 is provided on the side edge 10 in parallel with the protrusion 11 and communicates from the protrusion 16 on the rear side R to the edge notch 13.
The bottom side R portion of the bottom tile is used as a vertical groove corner 27, and this small notch 13 is almost completely closed, and when roofed together, it fits in the vertical groove corner 27 of the lower tile and is diagonally adjacent to the ash dust intrusion prevention tile 1'. A closing protrusion 14 that fits into the corner recess 9 as shown in FIG.
An intermittent protrusion 18 that is hooked on the protrusion 7 of the edge and that fits into the groove 17 between the lower edge 2 and the protrusion 3.
is provided on the surface H along the protrusion 16 on the butt side R,
A nail hole 20 is provided at approximately the center and upper end of the trough 19.
In the figure, 21 and 22 are convex portions provided on the upper part of the back surface U, 23 is a crest, 24 is a groove on the rear side R, and 25 is an end surface on the insertion side. In addition, in the figure, A is near the lower end of the crosspiece side, B is near the edge notch, C is near the corner recess,
D is a position code indicating the vicinity of the peak on the edge side K, and E is a position code indicating the vicinity of the closing protrusion.

(Operation of the invention) The operation of the invention will be explained based on the drawings of the embodiment. As shown in Figs. It is under the C part of the mating tile 1'', and the blocking protrusion 14 of the tile 1
is fitted into the corner recess 9 on the lower surface of C of the tile 1'', and the groove 17 between the protrusion 2 and the protrusion 3 on the back surface U of the edge side K of the tile 1 is fitted into the groove 17 of the lower tile 1'. The continuous protrusions 18, 18, . Furthermore, the flange 4 of the crosspiece side S of the right tile 1'' of the tile 1' comes into contact with the end surface 25 of the insertion side M of the left tile 1', and the crosspiece side of the right tile 1'' The protrusions 5 on the back surface U of S fit into the vertical grooves 12 on the surface H of the left tile 1', and the tiles are mated together, and the closing protrusion 14 engages portions C and E. As a result, the gap in the edge notch 13 is completely sealed.

The protrusions or grooves provided on the back or front surface of each side fit together, and the gap at the corner is completely closed by the closing protrusion protruding from the small notch, allowing ash dust to enter due to strong winds. This completely prevented the damage caused by ash fall, especially in volcanic areas.
