The present invention relates to a structure for preventing floating and swaying in strong winds by deterrence. [Prior Art] Conventionally, the same horizontal stitching portion overlaps the crosspiece portion S and the insertion receiving portion U, and the thickness of that portion is accommodated in one tile, and the surface of the roofing tile For flat and wavy flat tiles that have the same extension surface with no step between them, effective structural measures to prevent intrusion of rainwater and floating of the tiles during strong wind and rain Yes, not yet. Prior art 1 is an example of a general flat roof tile as shown in FIGS. 10 (1) and (2). A ridge 13 is provided, and a water return protrusion 14 and a nail hole 15 are provided on the side edge of the butt R. As shown in FIGS. 11 (1) and (2), the roof tile N is fixed to the roof board N by fixing the fixing bracket 16 on the water return ridge 13 on the outer edge of the insertion water guide zone 12. And do
As shown in FIG. 12, no special locking measures are taken between the upper and lower shingled tiles. Prior art 2 is an example of JP-A-60-148948 "flat tile"
As shown in FIGS. 13 (1) and (2), receiving grooves 17, 18 are provided on the buttocks R side and the insertion receiving section U side, respectively, and drainage is performed on the edge of the flowing water surface on the side of the insertion receiving section U. A protruding ridge 19 is provided near the butt R side edge, and an engaging ridge 20 is provided on the surface on the butt R side.
Reference numeral 21 denotes a flat roof tile having engagement grooves 22 and 23 provided on the back side thereof. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] It is said that this flat type roof tile is apt to cause rain intrusion and rise of the roof tile in a strong wind, but it has not yet been sufficiently solved because of its structural measures. Is actually required to be housed in the overlapping portion of the tile so as not to change the appearance after the roofing, whereas the tile of this type has a small margin. The problem of the prior art 1 is that the intruded rainwater easily overflows on the side of the buttocks R, and the overflowed rainwater is attracted to the nail hole 15. In the fixing of the tiles, which is performed by attaching the fixing metal 16 to the water return protrusion 14 and nailing the fixing metal 16 to the roof substrate N, it is easy to attract rainwater along the fixing metal 16. The problem of the prior art 2 is that, as can be seen from the tiled state of the tiles shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the rainwater that has entered the buttocks R is received by the receiving groove 17 and guided to the receiving groove 18. However, the rainwater flowing into the receiving grooves 17, 18 flows down the receiving groove without returning to the running surface of the lower tile in any case of the parallel staggered roofing, so the lower the level, the more water flow Become
There is a risk of overflowing from here. In addition, the engagement between the engaging projections 21 on the buttocks R side, which is the main part of the tile, and the engaging grooves 22, 23 on the back side contributes to the prevention and displacement of the upper and lower tiles. Therefore, there is no function of suppressing the floating from the head T side. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to eliminate the above-mentioned problems and to guide the infiltrating rainwater from the tail R side of the roof tile to the flowing water surface of the lower shingled tile through the side edge of the roof tile to form a nail hole on the tail R side. The location and height can prevent rainwater intrusion, and the locking / engaging structure on the insertion receptacle side suitable for both staggered roofing and parallel roofing prevents rainwater intrusion during strong wind and rain and prevents tiles from swaying.
It also prevents the roof from floating from the head. Means for Solving the Problems According to the present invention, a water guide zone communicating with each other is provided on the side edges of the buttocks side and the insertion receiving section side, and the nail holes on the buttocks side are set at a high position, and the staggered roof is used. In the case of roof tiles, an insertion locking band is provided outside the insertion water conveyance zone, and a locking weir is protruded near the center of the tail side of the tile surface. The plug receiving part side surface is in contact with the side surface of the lower roof locking weir, and the tip of the insertion locking band is in contact with the bottom side surface of the lower roof locking weir, respectively. It is intended to be able to be fixed to the roof board by nailing with a fixing bracket on the stop zone, and in tiles for parallel roofing, a water guide zone and a nail hole are provided in the same manner as above, and outside the insertion receiving portion. Provide a bayonet locking band with a bayonet locking end with the part near the head bent down to the bottom of the first step, with a part cut out at the corner of the shoulder and the part is tiled When the roof closure piece that is covered at a level higher than the surface is projected and laid, the insertion locking end falls into the buttocks insertion part provided near the buttocks side of the insertion receiving part of the lower tile. A flat and wavy, weather-resistant flat type roof tile that is housed, and a shoulder closing piece of an oblique lower roof tile can be placed on and engaged with an insertion locking end to be restrained. [Embodiment] The present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Embodiment 1 is a roof tile X of the invention shown in FIGS. 1 (1) and (2).
As shown in the figure, the tail-side water conduction zone 1 is formed at a lower level than the surface of the tile at the edge of the tail R side, and the water return ridge 7 is provided outside thereof.
These are connected to the insertion water conveyance zone 2 and the nail hole 10 on the butt portion R side is formed in the butt side water conveyance zone 1 to form a peripheral levee having a sufficient height. On the outer side of the insertion water guide zone 2, an insertion locking zone 3a is formed at a level one step lower than that, and a water return protrusion 8 is provided on the outer edge thereof.
Further, a locking weir 4 is protrudingly provided near the center of the bottom R side of the tile surface. Shows a state where combined thatched this tile in roofing staggered in FIG. 2 through FIG. 5, roofing overlapped plug receiving portion U side surface of the upper tile X 1 of the head T side of the plug water conducting strip 2 contact with the side surface of Kakaritomeseki 4th tile X 2 in the lower, and the tip portion of the head T side of the insertion locking strip 3a is buttocks R side surface of the lower Kakaritomeseki 20 of tile X 2 Abut. Further, the insertion side fixing of each tile unit may be performed by a general method of attaching the fixing metal 11 to the edge of the insertion locking band 3a and nailing the fixing metal 11 to the roof substrate N. In the second embodiment, as in the case of the roof tile Y shown in FIGS. 6 (1) and (2), the tail-side water-guiding zone 1 and the nail hole 10 on the butt-R side are formed in the same manner as in the first embodiment. An insertion locking band 3b is provided on the outside of the band 2, and one end near the head T is bent toward the bottom one step to form the insertion locking end 5, and a part of the shoulder corner C is cut off. A shoulder closure piece 6 is formed to cover the notch and further cover the portion at a level higher than the tile surface. When these tiles are laid on parallel roof, Fig. 7 (1),
(2), as shown in FIG. 8, the insertion locking end 5 of tile Y 1 in the upper overlapping roofing is Ochiiosame buttocks insertion portion D of tiles Y 2 of the lower stage, tile Y 1 on the shoulder closure piece 6 oblique lower tile Y 3 for the No設&
It is engaged and deterred. As shown in FIG. 9, these measures do not appear in the roof appearance after the roofing. Here, it is not particularly necessary to fix the metal fittings on the insertion receiving portion side of each tile unit generally performed by this method. Although the drawings of Examples 1 and 2 are directly illustrated with flat tiles, basically the same structure and method as described above are applied to the case of wavy tiles having the same shingled structure. . [Operation] The operation of the roof tile of the present invention is as follows. (1) Rainwater that has invaded and overflowed the buttocks R is received by the buttocks-side aqueduct 1 and is transferred to the insertion aqueduct 2 to be returned to the running water surface of the roof tiles. (2) The nail hole 10 of the butt portion R can also have a sufficient height of the surrounding levee, so that inflow of rainwater can be prevented. (3) Regarding the plug-in locking water zone 3a, even if the fixing bracket is hung here, since it is divided from the insertion water-guiding zone 2, the running water above the insertion water-guiding zone 2 is not attracted. (4) Even if rainwater overflows into the plug-in locking strips 3a, 3b and plug-in locking end 5, it is considered to be very small. In the case of (1), it is received by the bottom insertion part D of the lower tile, and both are guided to the running water surface of the lower tile. (5) Regarding the prevention of run-out and floating of the tile due to strong wind, in addition to the fixing of the fixing bracket on the insertion side which is generally performed, in the case of the staggered roof according to the first embodiment, the tip of the insertion side locking band is on the buttocks side. In the case of the parallel roofing according to the second embodiment, the locking weir is locked by abutting against the side surface of the central locking weir, and the locking end on the insertion side is depressed into the buttocks insertion part of the lower tile, and is further slanted thereon. The shoulder closing pieces of the lower roof tile are engaged and mounted to be suppressed. (5) Note that these locking / engaging structures also serve as a roofing guide. [Effects of the Invention] The effect of the present invention is that the overflowing rainwater from the bottom side, which is the weakest point of flat tiles during strong wind and rain, is passed from the bottom side edge to the lower side tile through the insertion side. By guiding to the running water surface, leakage to the roof substrate surface can be prevented, and it is possible to prevent the roof tile from swinging or floating from the head side due to strong wind by locking and engaging. In addition, since these locking / engaging structures also serve as a roofing guide, the roofing work becomes easy and reliable,
Further, according to the method of the second embodiment, it is not necessary to fix the metal fittings on the insertion portion side of each tile unit. In addition, since all the measures are stored in the roofing part of the tile, the appearance after the roofing work is not affected at all.
