第１図乃至第６図は本考案に係るドーム型振動
系のサスペンシヨン構造の実施例を示し、第１図
はエツジ部材の接着形態を示す要部の断面図、第
２図はエツジ部材の一部除去した斜視図、第３図
は巻線形態を示す断面図、第４図はエツジ部材の
貼着部をエツジ貼設部の裏面側から接着する形態
を示す断面図、第５図は第４図におけ巻線形態を
示す断面図、第６図は磁気回路に組み込まれた状
態を示す断面図である。第７図Ａ，Ｂは我々が先
に提案した振動系を示し、Ａは断面図、Ｂは一部
除去した斜視図である。第８図は、従来のドーム
型スピーカを示す要部の断面図である。 １：ドーム型振動系全体、２：振動板部、３：
コイルボビン部、４：エツジ貼設部、５：エツジ
部材、６：貼着部、７：外周取付部、８：抜き孔
、９：ボイスコイル。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ エツジをコイルボビン部下端部に設けて磁気
回路内部に設置してなるドーム型スピーカにおい
て、 ドーム型振動板のコイルボビン下端に水平方向
にエツジ貼設部を一体成形し、耐熱性合成樹脂製
のフイルムを打ち抜き加工し又はコルゲーシヨン
等所定形状にプレス成形したものを抜き加工する
ことにより、内周に貼着部を有すると共に該貼着
部の内径寸法がコイルボビン部の外形に嵌合する
寸法に設定された任意形状のエツジ部材を成形し
、該貼着部を上記エツジ貼設部に接着して構成さ
れたことを特徴とするサスペンシヨン構造。 ２ エツジ部材の貼着部がコイルボビン部の外周
に嵌合され、貼着部がエツジ貼設部の上面側に接
着されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項記載のサスペンシヨン構造。 ３ エツジ部材の貼着部がエツジ貼設部の裏面側
から接着されていることを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項記載のサスペンシヨン構造。
