  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ケーシング内に不活性ガス等の保護気体を供給
    して大気圧以上の圧力を保持するようにした電動
    ロボツトの防爆構造において、 内部に電気機器が配設されたケーシングと、該
    ケーシング内に保護気体を供給する保護気体供給
    源と、該保護気体供給源とケーシングとの間に設
    けられ、前記ケーシング内に供給する保護気体の
    圧力を変更する圧力変更手段とを具備してなり、 該圧力変更手段は、電動ロボツトの防爆運転の
    際の保護気体の圧力を該電動ロボツトの起動時の
    圧力より低くなるように設定したことを特徴とす
    る電動ロボツトの防爆構造。
