Claims (1)
- 超音波振動子と、この超音波振動子に超音波パ
ルス列を発射させる発振部と、この発振部により
前記超音波振動子から発射した超音波パルス列が
対象物体に当たつて反射し再び前記超音波振動子
に到達する反射波を検出しこの結果から対象物体
の在否を判別する判別部とを備え、前記超音波振
動子と発振部と判別部とが一体としてケースに収
納された超音波スイツチにおいて、前記超音波振
動子と前記発振部の一部がカバーに装着され、こ
のカバーが前記ケースに着脱可能に取り付けられ
ることを特徴とする超音波スイツチ。
