設するとともに、絞りと並列に第二チエツク弁を
配設し、第一チエツク弁は系内の負圧が前記中間
負圧より僅かに低下すると開弁する一方、第二チ
エツク弁は系内の負圧がこの中間負圧より僅かに
上昇すると開弁するように設定したことを特徴と
