ペレートチエツク弁を設け、他方のメイン通路の
圧力作用でオペレートチエツク弁が開弁する構成
にした流体制御装置において、上記スプール弁に
は、一方のメイン通路と他方のメイン通路とを連
通する連通路を形成し、しかも、この連通路には
、この連通路内を一定の圧力に維持する背圧弁と
、上記一方のメイン通路から他方のメイン通路へ
の流通のみを許容するチエツク弁とを設けてなる
