A conventional tile stacking device T as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is capable of vertically moving tiles K conveyed onto an alignment conveyor C 1 of double-row conveyors C 1 and C 2 and horizontally. The sheets are suctioned up by a suction device S, moved horizontally and lowered onto a stacking conveyor C2 installed in parallel, and this is repeated a desired number of times until the desired number of sheets have been stacked and transported to the next bundling process. However, the scale of the equipment became large, which not only increased equipment costs but also took up a lot of space. Furthermore, in this double-row conveyor system, from the alignment conveyor C 1 , tiles K corresponding to the number of stacked tiles are
are stacked at the same time and are intermittently conveyed onto conveyor C2 , so the first few blocks will be short in number, so
This requires manual replenishment and stacking up to the desired number of sheets, or requires removal from the line during transportation to the bundling process, which is a time-consuming process. In addition, there are those in which the appropriate number of slabs are pushed out when the conveyor bar protrudes sequentially along the guide rail, and those in which the slabs are stacked one by one until a predetermined number is reached using claws suspended from an overhead traveling crane. Furthermore, although there were some devices that simply sucked items with suction cups and lifted them up, turned them, and moved them, there was no one that stacked up items by repeating individual lifting and lowering and whole lifting as in the present invention.

To explain the operation of the present invention based on the drawings of the embodiment, as shown in Figs. It is scooped up by forks 6, 6 attached radially to the reversing drum 5 of the device 7, reversed in the direction of arrow R, turned over, placed on the first stacking conveyor 18 on the transport side, and placed on the sixth stacking conveyor 18.
As shown in FIG. All three air cylinders 33 are in the raised position, and the air cylinder 26 provided on the upper frame 25 for raising and lowering the entire body is operated to move the rod 27 and the mounting frame 28.
Then, all the suction devices 29 are simultaneously lowered via the mounting plate 30, and each one of the tiles K stopped on the lower stacking conveyor 18 is moved to the suction cup 37 at the same time.
When the tile K is adsorbed, the air cylinder 26 for raising and lowering the whole unit operates and all adsorbers 2 that have adsorbed the tile K are moved.
9 simultaneously rises and lower stacking conveyor 18
Everything above will be empty. (Fig. 6B) Next, when the stacking conveyor 18 advances intermittently by one tile, one tile K is carried onto the first stacking conveyor 18 (Fig. 6C) and when it stops, the rightmost Only the individual lifting air cylinder 33 (in Fig. 5) is operated and lowered, and the adsorber 2
The tile K that had been adsorbed on the tile 9 is lowered onto the tile K that has been carried in and is stacked in two layers, and this right end adsorber 29 rises empty.

Next, intermittent conveyance is performed, and the two stacked tiles K are stopped directly below the center suction device 29, and when one more tile K is carried onto the stacking conveyor 18 at the right end and stopped, the central suction Only the container 29 is lowered by the operation of the individual lifting air cylinder 33 in the center, and the adsorbed roof tiles K are further stacked on top of the two tiles to form a three-layer stack. (Fig. 6 D) When the central suction device 29 is empty and rises, the stacking conveyor 18 further advances intermittently to transport three stacked tiles K directly below the leftmost suction device 29, and at the same time, the central and rightmost suction devices are conveyed. One tile K is intermittently carried directly under the suction device 29 and when it stops, only the leftmost suction device 29 is lowered by the operation of the individual elevating air cylinder 33, completing the stacking of four tiles.
(Fig. 6 E) Furthermore, as the stacking conveyor 18 moves forward intermittently, the stacked mass K' of which four sheets have been stacked is transferred onto the carrying-out conveyor 41 and carried out to the next process, and at the same time, all stacking conveyors 18 are After the tile K has been placed, it stops, and all the adsorbers 29 remain empty and rise. (Fig. 6F, Fig. 6A) By continuously repeating this process, the desired number of tiles (in this case, 4) of stacked blocks K' can be obtained from the first tiles to the bundling process. It is done on a vertical line.

(1) Since tiles that are intermittently conveyed on a single vertical conveyor line are stacked by raising and lowering the suction device that can raise and lower the tiles as a whole and individually, only one conveyor line is required and the suction machine only moves up and down. in,
Since there is no need for horizontal movement, the entire device is simplified, and therefore equipment costs are significantly reduced, and economical benefits are significant as it requires less than half the space of the double-row conveyor type.

(2) Since the desired number of sheets is stacked from the first stacked block that comes out after the start of conveyance for stacking, unlike the double-row conveyor type, there is no problem where the first few blocks are insufficient in number. Therefore, there is no need to manually replenish the missing number of the first few blocks or to re-introduce the insufficient number of blocks to the carry-in side.
