Conventional body support mechanisms, which support the bodies of patients by alternately decompressing each group, have a large number of air sacs that can be expanded and deflated arranged vertically and horizontally, and these air sacs are Communication between each group! There is a pneumatic pine 1~ which is inflated and deflated 1. Such pneumatic pine 1~ supplies pressurized air by an air pump to pressurize one group of air sacs, and the other group 81. 'The air sac is depressurized by letting out the air, and by repeating this movement repeatedly, the pressurized body part is depressurized after a predetermined period of time has elapsed.
This is done to prevent obstruction of blood circulation due to continued use.

However, since air mats pressurize and depressurize by letting air in and out, it is difficult to shorten the cycle of pressurization and depressurization to some extent, and the blood flow may be obstructed during the pressurization period. The problem is that it continues for a relatively long time. In addition, since the air mat is composed of an airtight resin sheet 1, it does not accumulate heat between it and the part of the body that comes into contact with it.
It has a strong tendency to accumulate moisture, so it is problematic to use it in long-term bedridden patients with fever and sweating, or in the summer.Furthermore, by supporting it with air, it can reduce seasickness and discomfort when sleeping. There are also problems.

In such a configuration, a large number of coil springs 1 can be arranged by storing and supporting each coil spring 1 independently in a support bolt or the like, so that the coil springs 1 can be arranged vertically and horizontally.
J Utility Model Publication No. 50-135411 discloses that a coil spring is molded and covered with a soft cylinder, etc.
This can be supported by fitting it into a circular hole of an elastic lux board, or by loosely coupling adjacent lux springs 1 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, which will be described later. Preferably, the arrangement is such that the displacement of each coil spring 1 is not significantly affected by the adjacent coil spring 1.

Furthermore, the arrangement shape of the large number of coil springs 1 may be a mesh shape, an 11 inch bird shape, etc., or may be arranged in a regular and continuous manner.
The arrangement density of the portions may be arranged sparsely or densely as appropriate. In addition, the large number of springs 1 can be insulated individually or in groups of desired numbers.
The structure is such that at least one layer of insulation is obtained for each desired group.

Therefore, if only the coil springs 1 of group A are first energized, the coil springs 1 will contract due to the shape memory effect as the humidity rises due to coil heat, and the coils of group B, which are not energized, will contract due to the shape memory effect. Since the spring 1 remains in place, the body load on the cushion mechanism of the present invention is mostly supported by the coil spring 1 of group B. Next, when the power supply to the coil springs 1 of group A is stopped and the power supply to the coil springs 1 of group 8 is started, the coil springs 1 to the group expand again due to cooperation due to heat radiation, and the coil springs 1 of the group Since the coil spring 1 of B is contracted by the warm stomach, the load of the body is now supported by the coil spring 1 of group Δ. By continuously performing energization control for each of the groups Δ and B, the parts of the body that are supported by the coil springs 1, that is, the parts of the body that are pressurized, become the parts of the body that are pressurized by the groups Δ, B, respectively. The generation of W residue can be prevented by alternately reducing the pressure in accordance with the distribution of B, thereby preventing obstruction of blood circulation due to continued pressurization for a long time.

(Embodiment) In the cushion mechanism for body support of the present invention, the adjacent springs 1 are carefully arranged so as to be able to displace the other springs 1 as described above, but do not harm the springs 1. This is desirable, and as described above, for example, there is a structure in which adjacent coil springs 1 are loosely coupled. For example, in the configuration shown in FIGS. 2(a) and 2(b), a support member 4 having connecting arms 3 protruding from each end of the coil spring 1 corresponding to the outer coil spring 1 adjacent thereto is attached to each end of the coil spring 1.ノ、3 adjacent connecting arms [near U
'', and these adjacent connecting arms 3 and 2 F are connected with a play 7 by connecting members 6 provided with connecting protrusions 5 that loosely fit into each other. The play 7 connects the adjacent coil springs 1 while minimizing mutual interference, and in this configuration, at least one side of the supporting member 4 and the connecting member 6 is made of an insulating material. It is possible to insulate adjacent coil springs 1. Also, as shown in Fig. 3(a), (+
)) and (C), the adjacent coil springs 1 are connected by a spring wire 9 to form a cross circuit 8, and the detour path 8 is connected to a -C connection.
While reducing the interference of the adjacent spring 1 phase tj as much as possible, the spring wire 9 and the spring 1 should be insulated at the connecting portion in such a configuration. This makes it possible to insulate the adjacent coil springs 1 and 1.

Next, the body support shoe 91 mechanism of the present invention is composed of a body support device, etc. fixed to a suitable upper floorboard container, and is used to lie down on a patient's back. There are appropriate specific configurations. For example, the shoelace body 10 and the covering member 11 are designed to appropriately disperse the pressure of the spring 1 against the body so that the body does not feel pain, and to reduce interference with the adjacent spring 1 as much as possible. By imparting appropriate elasticity to the material, it is possible to improve the effect of reducing the pressure at the pressurized area (previously).

Furthermore, in the above-mentioned explanations 1 and 2, the groups were composed of two groups, A and B, but they may be composed of more groups, and the distribution of the groups may be as appropriate. In addition, in the explanation, the spring 1 is made to have a shape memory so that it contracts at a predetermined temperature, but it can also be made to have a shape memory so that it expands. A good thing (of course) is that the temperature at which round shape memory is produced can be set to a desired temperature higher than the environmental temperature, taking into consideration the heat dissipation time when electricity is stopped.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention consists of a large number of springs arranged vertically and horizontally made of a shape memory alloy, and a current-carrying electric wire is connected to the springs to produce a shape memory effect by energizing. These springs are controlled to be energized group by group, and the pressurized body parts are depressurized after a predetermined period of time, thereby preventing countercurrent circulation from being inhibited by continued pressurization for a long time. The present invention has the effect of preventing bedsores by providing air-proof + Jx-d.Compared to conventional air mats that are composed of airtight resin sheets and alternately support the body using air pressure, the present invention has a higher breathability. In addition, the occurrence of seasickness and discomfort during sleep is extremely low, and the cycle of pressurization and depressurization in reducing the pressure of the pressurized area can be shortened. In addition to better preventing bedsores, it is also easy to change the connection of the current-carrying wires from each spring, or to change the connection electrically in advance as appropriate. In this way, you can alternately change the distribution of control retribution, or you can make these changes programmatically.
It is also easy to pressurize and reduce L [
This has the effect that the cycle of can be easily adjusted.
