  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) プロペラを有するロワーユニツトに４サイ
    クルエンジンを、クランク軸が縦方向に配置され
    、かつ船体の航走方向後方側に配置されるような
    姿勢で設け、４サイクルエンジンのカム軸を、ク
    ランク軸からの動力を伝達し得るようにロワーユ
    ニツト内にドライブシヤフトに連結して設け、４
    サイクルエンジンの気化器を船体の後部に面した
    位置に配置したことを特徴とする舶用船外機。 (2) ４サイクルエンジンの船体側上部には、リ
    コイルスタータが設けられている実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の舶用船外機。
