In order to reduce the sliding resistance with the window glass and ensure waterproofness, the conventional glass launch channel has sliding contact parts 1, 1 that come into sliding contact with the window glass, and the bottom surface of the glass launch channel main body 2, as shown in Fig. 1. Apply adhesive to 3 and 4, and use static electricity to flock 4,
Steps 4 and 4 were performed, and the flocks 4, 4, and 4 were fixed after drying. Although the glass launch channel 5 having the flocked flocks 4, 4, 4 can reduce the sliding resistance with the window glass and ensure waterproofness, it has the following drawbacks.

Furthermore, when manufacturing the glass launch channel 5, it is also known to form a plurality of parallel protrusions on the sliding contact portion of the glass launch channel 5 with the window glass based on an extrusion method. When a large number of continuous parallel protrusions are provided, there is little sliding resistance in the longitudinal direction of the protrusions, but there is a drawback that the sliding resistance in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is large.

In view of the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, the present invention aims to provide a glass launch channel that is easy to process, has very low sliding resistance, is easy to remove dust, and is inexpensive.

The glass launch channel 11 of the present invention shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 includes a glass launch channel body 12 extruded from rubber or thermoplastic synthetic resin, which is attached to a glass launch channel storage recess 22 in a window frame as shown in FIG. , sliding contact portions 13, 1 projecting inwardly in an arc shape from both ends of the glass launch channel main body 12 and slidingly contacting the window glass 23.
3, an uneven pattern 15 formed by an embossing roll 14 on the sliding surfaces of the sliding contact portions 13, 13 as shown in FIG. It is composed of a protruding lip-shaped projection 16. The uneven pattern 15 has a plurality of rows of discontinuous predetermined length protrusions 15a extending along the longitudinal direction of the glass launch channel 11, and the protrusions 15a adjacent to each other in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction are arranged in parallel with each other. The arrangement is as if it were formed at a position to compensate for a continuous part.

When molding the glass launch channel 11 having the above configuration from a rubber material, as shown in FIG. A step 19 is performed in which a concavo-convex pattern 15 is provided protrudingly on the sliding contact portions 13, 13 using an embossing roll 14 as shown. Thereafter, a step 20 of forming the glass launch channel 11 into a predetermined shape is performed, followed by a step 21 of vulcanizing and fixing, thereby manufacturing the glass launch channel 11. In addition, when molding the glass launch channel 11 from a thermoplastic synthetic resin material, after passing through a step 18A of extruding the heated thermoplastic synthetic resin using an extruder 17, a step 19 of forming a protruding pattern of protrusions in the same manner as described above. The glass launch channel 11 can be manufactured by performing the step 20 of forming into a predetermined shape and then the step 21A of cooling and fixing.

As is clear from the above description, in the present invention, a plurality of rows of discontinuous predetermined length protrusions are protruded along the longitudinal direction of the glass launch channel 11 at the sliding contact portion of the glass launch channel 11 that makes sliding contact with the window glass. Since the protrusions adjacent to each other in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction are formed at positions that compensate for the discontinuous portions of the adjacent protrusions, the following effects can be obtained.

(1) Since the sliding contact portion has an uneven pattern, the sliding resistance when the window glass slides is small, and the window glass can be operated smoothly. In other words, the sliding contact between the window glass and the glass launch channel is as follows:
This is a discontinuous line contact, and when viewed from the working surface, the sliding contact state is closer to a point contact than a line contact. Moreover, it is particularly effective in reducing the sliding resistance in the longitudinal direction and perpendicular direction of the glass launch channel.

(2) 長手方向と直角方向に隣接する前記突起が、

Since it is formed at a position that compensates for the discontinuous portion of the adjacent protrusions, it prevents dust, etc. from entering the passenger compartment through the sliding contact between the protrusions and the window glass when the window glass is closed. It can be prevented.

(6) Unlike conventional methods, the flocked hair does not peel off and is highly durable. Further, by providing a lip-shaped protrusion approximately at the center of the bottom surface of the glass launch channel body, the lip-shaped protrusion comes into contact with the edge of the window glass when the window glass slides into contact, thereby improving sealing performance. effective.
