Claims (1)
- モータとスチームタンクを内蔵する本体と、前
記スチームタンクに係合するホツパーと、このホ
ツパー内で前記モータにより回転駆動される羽根
と、前記ホツパー内の蒸し上がりを検知する蒸し
上がり検知装置と、前記ホツパーの開口部を覆う
とともに、軸を有する蓋と、前記ホツパーを内装
し、かつ前記蓋を開閉自在に軸支する天枠と、前
記蓋を開放方向に付勢する押し上げ棒と、この押
し上げ棒の動きを規制するフツク片と、前記押し
上げ棒による前記蓋の急激な開放を防ぐダンパー
バネとを有し、前記ダンパーバネは、前記蓋を閉
じた時に前記押し上げ棒を支持する部材とダンパ
ーバネとの間に〓間が生じるように前記押し上げ
棒に捲装して取付けた餅つき機。
