Claims (1)
- モータとスチームタンクを内蔵する本体と、前
記スチームタンクに係合するホツパーと、このホ
ツパー内で前記モータにより回転駆動される羽根
と、前記ホツパー内の蒸し上がりを検知する蒸し
上がり検知装置と、前記ホツパーの開口部を覆う
とともに、軸を有する蓋と、前記ホツパーを内装
し、かつ前記蓋を開閉自在に軸支する天枠と、前
記蓋を開放方向に付勢する圧縮バネと、この圧縮
バネを取付け、かつ下部に嵌合片を有する押し上
げ棒と、前記嵌合片に嵌合して前記押し上げ棒の
動きを規制するフツク片とを有し、前記フツク片
がはずれる方向に回転した時に接触する嵌合片の
上面に斜面部を設けた餅つき機。
