Conventionally, for example, when constructing a new building, in order to expand its interior space, it was sufficient to position the exterior wall as far outside as possible, but when there is an existing structure on adjacent land, Since it was necessary to set up a frame for the formwork for wall construction and a designated work space with a width of about 50 cm for demolition, the internal volume inevitably had to be narrowed to some extent. . Therefore, the PC board fixing method that was adopted to solve this problem is extremely convenient because it can be constructed without knowing the interior of a newly constructed building, and can be implemented regardless of whether there is an existing structure. However, this PC board pasting and fixing method is
Since the PC board itself is expensive, the construction cost is significantly higher than the formwork construction method that involves pouring and solidifying concrete material. Also, it is not popular because it lacks robustness after construction. Furthermore, the formwork for pouring concrete materials is mainly made of plywood, and although it is assembled by drilling through holes for the insertion of connecting bolts to support the formwork, it gradually becomes weaker with each use. This made it extremely difficult to reuse it, which in turn was one of the causes of increased construction costs.

In other words, the method for constructing a concrete wall according to the present invention is to construct a column having an approximately hat-shaped cross section with an engaging flange along its opening edge, and connecting pieces with connecting holes extending flush to both ends of the column. First, the outer columns are erected on the installation surface with a predetermined spacing between them, with the openings having a generally hat-shaped cross section facing outward. Next, on the installation surface, the inner pillars are arranged in parallel with the outer pillars, with the openings having a roughly hat-shaped cross section facing inward, and the inner pillars are also arranged in an upright manner. A suitable adjustment member is interposed between the connecting piece of the pillar and the installation surface to adjust the height of the inner pillar with respect to the outer pillar, and then the inner pillar is placed between the facing outer pillar and inner pillar. The outer column and inner column can be separated from each other by a joint member inserted in the collar, and are fastened and fixed in a vertical frame shape, and then,
Between the outer columns, the outer panels are prevented from coming off by the engaging flanges of each outer column and the outer surfaces of the left and right side walls. The inner panels are inserted and supported by the side walls to prevent them from coming off, and reinforcement is placed between the outer and inner panels. Concrete is then poured and allowed to harden. After that, the inner columns are inserted and supported. Remove the joint member from the gap to free the outer column, inner column, and outer panel, respectively, and then release the inner column and inner panel into a peel-off type, while making the outer column and outer panel into a peel-off type and move upward. The construction device, which involves lifting and dismantling, and which is directly used to carry out this construction method, is a column with an approximately hat-shaped cross section and an engaging flange along its opening edge facing outward. and an outer pillar that has connection pieces with connecting holes extending flush on both ends thereof and is erected at appropriate intervals on the installation surface;
It is a column with an approximately hat-shaped cross section with an engaging flange along the edge of its opening facing inward, and has connection pieces with connecting holes extending flush on both ends. an inner column that is erected to face the outer column; and a connection piece between the installation surface and the inner column to adjust the height of the inner column with respect to the outer column when the inner column is erected. an adjustment member interposed between the outer and inner columns, a collar disposed between the outer column and the inner column, and a joint member consisting of a connecting bolt that is inserted into the inner column and the collar without the inner column and is screwed to the outer column; An outer panel is inserted and supported between the outer columns with both edges in contact with the engagement flange of the outer column and the outer surface of the left and right side walls, and an outer panel whose both edges are in contact with the engagement flange of the inner column and the outer surface of the left and right side walls. an inner panel that is inserted and supported between the inner columns while being in contact with the inner panel; a single tube that is in contact with the outer surface of the inner panel; a presser that presses the single tube against the outer surface of the inner panel; and the joint member. It consists of a fastening support member that is detachably connected to the rear end.

Reference numeral 1 shown in the figure indicates outer columns that are arranged vertically in parallel with a predetermined interval between them on the installation surface F on which the concrete wall C to be constructed is installed. It is formed into a substantially hat-shaped cross section with an engaging flange 2 extending along its opening edge facing outward. The outer column 1 itself is made of bent steel strips of appropriate thickness, extruded aluminum to reduce weight, etc., and will not be distorted by the load of concrete material poured after the structure frame or other factors. Reinforcing members 3 are fixed at appropriate intervals so as not to be shaped. The reinforcing member 3 shown in the figure is fixed by welding as a plate-shaped member having a substantially T-shape in plan, with a narrow part inserted into the space of the outer column 1 and a wide part spanning the engagement flanges 2. (See Figure 5). Of course, other structures may be used as long as the outer column 1 itself can be reinforced. For example, a round bar may be installed between the left and right side walls of the outer column 1, or a rod member with a substantially U-shaped planar structure may be used with a straight opening. Appropriate design changes are possible, such as mounting the engaging flange 2 so that it is sandwiched between both edges, or applying beading to the bent portion.

These outer columns 1 and inner columns 11 can be erected on the installation surface F by connecting connecting pieces 5 and 15 with connecting holes 4 and 14 extending flush with the upper and lower ends of the outer columns 1 and inner columns 11, respectively. It is done using That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the outer structure is placed on a crosspiece 29 placed on a large support member 21 fixed with an anchor bolt 20 to the side of the frame having an installation surface F, which is the top surface of an existing foundation or concrete wall. An adjustment jack 2 that can freely adjust the height of the column 1 and also serves as an adjustment member arranged on the installation surface F.
Inner columns 11 are erected on the outer columns 1, and the heights of the inner columns 11 are adjusted with respect to the outer columns 1. Then, as will be described later, when inserting and supporting the outer panel 51 and the inner panel 55 between the outer columns 1, 1 and the inner columns 11, 11, respectively, after each column 1, 11 is erected in advance,
Since the outer panel 51 and inner panel 55 are inserted and supported, anyone can do this work without requiring a skilled person.Furthermore, the height of the inner column 11 relative to the outer column 1 can be adjusted using the adjustment jack 25. Since the pillars can be adjusted in a desired manner, each pillar can be erected in a desired state, and each panel 51, 55 can also be inserted and supported in a good manner, which in turn improves the finished condition of the concrete wall. The large undercarriage member 21 has a main body portion 22 having a planar substantially groove shape with an adjustment slot 23 opened in the inner wall.
and a substantially L-shaped side support portion 24 connected to the upper part of the main body portion 22, and an adjustment jack 25.
A nut 28, which abuts and supports the outer surface of the connection piece 15, is screwed to a screw portion 27 fixed to a mounting portion 26 having a substantially L-shaped side surface so as to be movable forward and backward.

Therefore, the collar 35 is buried next to the concrete material to be poured after it solidifies, and since the collar 35 only needs to be used to guide the insertion of the joint member 40, the collar 35 has sufficient strength to withstand the pouring pressure of the concrete material. A synthetic resin pipe with a specified diameter is used. In addition, the vertical frame fixation of the outer column 1 and inner column 11 is as follows:
Since it is extremely close to the wall surface of the existing structure T, it is difficult to use the outer column 1 alone or to use it as a reference, so it is implemented using the inner column 11 or it 11 as a reference. There are many. For example, in the case of a structure such as a building, a planar L-shaped corner panel (not shown) placed inside the wall may be used to construct the corner part of the wall; Wade, inner pillar 11
The collar 35 and the joint member 40, and further At the same time, the outer column 1 is also fixed via the internal fixing member 30. In the illustration, the frame of the entire inner wall is constructed by integrally constructing a crosspiece 36 suspended horizontally between the upper ends of the inner pillars 11 and a ceiling slab panel 37 fixed by the crosspiece 36. The inner column 11 is fixed by the supporting force at the time. Of course, the inner column 11 and even the outer column 1
Of course, the fixing of the vertical frame is not limited to the above example, and various fixing methods can be adopted depending on the construction situation at the site.

The joint member 40 includes a connecting bolt 41 that is visible inside the inner column 11, is inserted into the inner column 11 and the collar 35, and is screwed to the outer column 1, and further includes:
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, the front end is inserted into a through hole 16 drilled in the inner wall of the inner column 11, and the front end is screwed into a nut 16 fixed to the inner wall of the outer column 1. It has a lockable connecting bolt 41 and an abutting flange 43 that comes into contact with the inner surface of the inner wall of the inner column 11,
A connecting cylindrical body 42 is connected to the rear end of the connecting bolt 41 by screwing means or the like, and the connecting bolt 41 is inserted through the connecting cylinder 41 so that it is covered with the connecting cylinder 41, and the small diameter front end is brought into contact with the end of the collar 35. It consists of a hollow intermediate body 44 having a substantially truncated conical side surface whose large diameter rear end abuts against the outer surface of the inner wall of the inner column 11. That is, the connecting bolt 41 is interposed between the outer column 1 and the inner column 11 with the collar 35 and the intermediate body 44 interposed between them.
Insert the connecting bolt 4 into the inner column 11, and insert the connecting bolt 4.
1. By screwing the contact flange 43 of the connecting cylinder 42 at the rear end into the outer column 1 until it strongly contacts the inner column 11, the outer column 1 and the inner column 11 are connected to each other by the joint member 40.
The agreement will be concluded.

Next, between the outer columns 1 is an outer panel 51 which is prevented from coming off by the outer columns 1 themselves, and between the inner columns 1
Inner panels 55, which are prevented from coming off by the inner columns 11 themselves, are inserted and supported between the inner columns 11, respectively. The outer panel 51 and the inner panel 55 are made by bending the periphery of a rectangular sheet material having a width corresponding to the spacing between the outer columns 1 or inner columns 11 to form reinforcing edges 52 and 56, and They have substantially the same structure with reinforcing bars stretched over the material surfaces, and may be connected to each other through connecting holes drilled as appropriate in the reinforcing edges 52 and 56 and appropriate connecting tools. In addition, it is extremely effective to make the outer panel 51 and the inner panel 55 made of aluminum to reduce their weight so that they can be easily handled, and if necessary, a patterned rubber plate is attached and fixed. By keeping it, wall C

Next, to explain the case in which the concrete construction of the present invention is carried out according to the procedure of an example, first, using the large support member 21 on the outside of the installation surface F, the outer pillar 1 is placed on it. The outer column 1 is fixed upright, and the internal fixing fitting 30 mounted between them is fixed by the connecting bolt 41 of the joint member 40 that is inserted into the collar 35 and screwed to the outer column 1. A predetermined interval is set between them. Next, the outer panels 51 are slidably inserted between the outer pillars 1 from above, for example, to support them, and reinforcing bars 45 are provided. On the other hand, an inner panel 55 is inserted and supported between the inner columns 11 arranged in parallel on the installation surface F so as to be integrated, and the inner panels 55 are erected to arrange the inner columns 11 to face the outer column 1, and While adjusting the height using the adjustment jack 25 arranged on the installation surface F, the rear end of the connecting bolt 41 is inserted and removed from the through hole 16 of the inner column 11, and the connecting cylinder 42 is inserted into the outgoing part. By tightening the screws, the outer column 1 and the inner column 11 are connected to each other. In this case, after the inner column 11 is fastened to the vertical frame of the inner column 11 and the inner panel 55 via the joint member 40, the inner panel 55 may be inserted and supported.
Thereafter, the upper end of the inner column 11 is firmly fixed via the crosspiece 36 and the like, and the single pipe 60 is further clamped to the outer surface of the inner column 11 and the inner panel 55 by the fastening support member 61. Concrete is poured between the outer panel 51 and the inner panel 55 fixed to the vertical frame in this way, and after sufficiently curing and solidifying, the fastening support member 61 and the single pipe 60 are removed, and the inner column 11 is removed. By removing the joint member 40, the outer column 1 and the inner column 11, which were fastened to each other, are made free. Therefore, first, the inner column 11 and the inner panel 55 are peeled off, and then, if necessary, the outer column 1 and the outer panel 51 are peeled off by applying an appropriate impact. It is dismantled by being hoisted up to the wall, and in this way, a predetermined concrete wall can be constructed.

In addition, only the collar 35 remains buried in the concrete wall C after construction, and many members used in construction, such as the outer column 1,
The inner column 11, the outer panel 51, the inner panel 55, the joint member 40, the single pipe 60, and the fastening support member 61 can all be reused. In particular, the joint member 40 for fastening in the inner and outer directions is 1,
Since it is inserted into the inner column 11 and fixed with screws, there is no need to drill any penetration holes in the outer panel 51 and inner panel 55, and there is no deterioration in its strength. This enables a significant reduction in costs and is extremely inexpensive compared to the conventional method of attaching and fixing PC boards.

The outer and inner columns are separable from each other and fastened and fixed in a vertical frame shape, and then the outer columns are connected by engaging flanges of each outer column and the outer surfaces of the left and right side walls. The outer panel is inserted and supported between the inner columns to prevent the outer panel from coming off, and the inner panel is inserted and supported between the inner columns by the engaging flanges of the inner columns and the outer surfaces of the left and right side walls to prevent the outer panel from coming off. After placing reinforcing bars between the inner panels, concrete was poured.
After curing and solidifying, the inner column was identified and the joint member was removed to free the outer column, inner column, and outer panel, respectively, and then the inner column and inner panel were peeled off, while the outer column, A concrete wall construction method characterized by peeling off the outer panel, lifting it upward, and dismantling it. 2 A column with an approximately hat-shaped cross section with an engaging flange along its opening edge facing outward, and a connecting piece with a connecting hole extending flush on both ends of the column. outer pillars erected at appropriate intervals,
It is a column with an approximately hat-shaped cross section with an engaging flange along the edge of its opening facing inward, and has connection pieces with connecting holes extending flush on both ends. an inner column that is erected to face the outer column; and a connection piece between the installation surface and the inner column to adjust the height of the inner column with respect to the outer column when the inner column is erected. an adjustment member interposed between the outer and inner columns, a collar disposed between the outer column and the inner column, and a joint member consisting of a connecting bolt that is inserted into the inner column and the collar without the inner column and is screwed to the outer column; An outer panel is inserted and supported between the outer columns with both edges in contact with the engagement flange of the outer column and the outer surface of the left and right side walls, and an outer panel whose both edges are in contact with the engagement flange of the inner column and the outer surface of the left and right side walls. an inner panel that is inserted and supported between the inner columns while being in contact with the inner panel; a single tube that is in contact with the outer surface of the inner panel; a presser that presses the single tube against the outer surface of the inner panel; and the joint member. A concrete wall construction device comprising a fastening support member detachably connected to a rear end.
