  1. 回転軸と軸受のどちらか一方、又は双方にねじ
    を切つているヘリングボーン型軸受部において、
    軸受リングをフローテイングさせ、かつ軸受中央
    部に気体排気用の貫通穴を複数個円周方向にあけ
    たことを特徴とする気体軸受。
