Claims (1)
- ガスを取扱う回転機械の回転軸がケーシングを
貫通する部分の近傍に設置され、回転軸に遊挿さ
れた回転機械の内側に位置する内側リング及びこ
の内側リングよりも大気側に位置する外側リング
の少なくとも２つのリングを有し、外側リングと
前記回転軸との対向面間に圧力調整された軸封油
を封入する油膜式軸封装置において、前記外側リ
ングの内径を多円弧形状に形成して成る油膜式軸
封装置。
