Claims (1)
- 略円筒状をなす軸受ケースの内周に、トツプフ
オイルおよびバンプフオイルを有し、上記トツプ
フオイルと回転軸との間の軸受隙間に発生する気
体の圧力分布によつて回転軸を支持するようにし
た気体軸受構造において、上記軸受ケースを転が
り軸受を介してハウジングに回転自在に支持し、
回転軸の回転に伴つてこの軸受ケースが回転する
ように構成したことを特徴とする気体軸受構造。
