拡大断面図である。 １は容器、２は口部、４は胴壁部、５は底壁部
、６は内表面層、７は外表面層、８は中間層、Ａ
は底壁部中央部である。

。
【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 射出成形法によつて製造されたプリフオームを
延伸ブロー成形して製造された容器において、口
部および底壁部の肉厚は胴壁部の肉厚よりも大き
く、胴壁部は、ほぼ同じ厚さ比を有する耐湿性熱
可塑性樹脂から成る内・外表面層と、内・外表面
層間に位置するガスバリヤー性熱可塑性樹脂から
成る中間層とから成る多層構造であり、底壁部は
、その周辺部分が胴壁部と同様の多層構造を有し
、その中央部は、該耐湿性熱可塑性樹脂のみから
成る単層構造であり、口部端部は該耐湿性熱可塑
性樹脂のみから成る単層構造であることを特徴と
する射出成形多層容器。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 射出成形法によつて製造されたプリフオームを
    延伸ブロー成形して製造された容器において、口
    部および底壁部の肉厚は胴壁部の肉厚よりも大き
    く、胴壁部は、ほぼ同じ厚さ比を有する熱可塑性
    ポリエステルから成る内・外表面層と、内・外表
    面層間に位置するガスバリヤー性熱可塑性樹脂か
    ら成る中間層とから成る多層構造であり、底壁部
    は、その周辺部分が胴壁部と同様の多層構造を有
    し、その中央部は該熱可塑性ポリエステルのみか
    ら成る単層構造であり、口部端部は該熱可塑性ポ
    リエステルのみから成る単層構造であることを特
    徴とする射出成形多層容器。
