Reference numeral 1 denotes a fish tank for sucking up and transporting raw fish, which is used to suck up and pressure feed the fish in the fish tank together with water using a known method. That is, when the inside of the tank is sucked in by the vacuum pump 2, the fish in the fish tank are sucked into the fish tank together with water through the suction pipe 3. When the fish tank is full, the switching valve 4 is activated and the vacuum pump is switched from suction to supply. The fish tank is equipped with check valves 5 and 5', and the fish and water can only be transferred in one direction, so the fish and water in the tank are pushed out to the discharge pipe 6 by the air supply, and the fish and water are transferred to the supply tray from the discharge port 7A. It is discharged into the sorting tank 8 via 7B.

As is clear from FIG. 5, the sorting tank 8 is a fixed sieve tilted forward and consists of a sorting roller 9 which is a grating for removing small fish, and a draining grate 10, and a raw fish stopper/damper 11 is provided on the upper surface. is attached. These sorting rollers 9 are arranged parallel to the direction of fish transport in a gap that can remove large-sized small fish from raw fish, and are connected to a sprocket connected to the drive motor 12 in order to enhance the sorting effect and prevent the raw fish from clogging the rollers. It is constantly rotated by the tsuto wheel 13. The gap between each of the rollers can be appropriately adjusted using a handle 14 depending on the size of the raw fish. In addition, the damper 11 that also serves as a raw fish stopper prevents the fish from sliding on top of each other when a large amount of fish is discharged from the discharge port 7.
In order to prevent small fish from being sent to the chute without being sorted, it is linked with the switching valve 4, and when the discharge changes to suction, it is rotated by a drive motor 15, allowing the stopped fish to pass through and returning to the stopper state again.

The raw material fish discharged into the sorting tank is rotated and tilted appropriately, so that large miscellaneous fish slide on the sorting roller and are separated into a small fish tank 17 by a small fish chute 16. The raw fish that has passed through the sorting roller is separated from the water by a drain grate and falls into a hopper 27 of the paper making section, which will be described later. Also, since the water that has passed through the drain grate is normally used as cooling water to maintain freshness, it is collected in a collection tank 19 through a water collection chute 18 and returned to the fish tank through a return hose 20.

FIG. 6 shows an example of an apparatus for adjusting the distance between the sorting rollers 9 in the sorting tank 8. That is, a large number of block-shaped roller support members 22 are fitted onto a guide rod 21 horizontally mounted on the base frame, and each sorting roller 9 is supported by a bearing 23 erected on the roller support member 22. has been done. Below the guide rod 21, a rotating rod 24 having left and right threads at both ends is horizontally supported so as to be rotated by the handle 14.
5 and 25 are provided. Between these female screw members 25, 25, along the rotation rod 24, a lazy tongue-shaped extensible frame 26 has both ends pivoted to the female screw members 25, 25, and each upper end is pivoted to the roller support member 22. It is attached.
With this structure, by rotating the handle 14 and changing the spacing between the roller support members 22, the gap between the sorting rollers 9 can be changed to an arbitrary width.

As shown in FIG. 7, the hopper 27 forming the papermaking section D is a single rotary feeder, and has a water sprinkler pipe 28 attached to the upper edge of its inner surface, and is fed by a water pump 29 connected to a recovery tank 19. Water is sprinkled to maintain the freshness of the raw fish in the hopper and give it appropriate fluidity. The lower part of the hopper is composed of a hopper bottom plate 30, a supply port 31, and a supply impeller 32.

The supply impeller 32 prevents the raw fish from falling, but the bottom plate 30 is kept at a gap approximately the thickness of the fish body from the bottom plate 30 so as not to cut the fish body between the hopper bottom plate 30 and the blades during rotation. is made separately from the main body of the hopper, and the gap can be adjusted by raising and lowering it. This part is shown in FIG. That is, a frame 33 is fixed to the back side of the hopper bottom plate 30 whose tip is connected to the supply port 31, and this frame 33 is vertically movable via guide rods 35, 35 to a base 34 connected to the support stand of the rotary feeder. The feed screw 36 is screwed onto and supported by a feed screw 36 which is rotatably supported on the base 34. With this structure, the hopper bottom plate 30 can be raised and lowered by rotating the handle 37, and the gap between the blade tips of the impeller 32 and the inner surface of the hopper bottom plate 30 can be adjusted.

Reference numeral 39 denotes a conveyor composed of two parallel chains, which conveys the cage frame 40 shown in FIG. 7. In FIG. 2, 41 is a guide for positioning the screen frame on the conveyor, and 42 is a screen frame detection device using a photoelectric tube or a limit switch, etc., which detects the proximity of the screen frame and starts the supply motor 38. The feeding motor 38 drops raw fish into the passing frame at a preset rotation speed and rotation time, and then stops until the next frame is detected.

The present invention has the above-mentioned structure, and since the materials to be handled are easily damaged by a slight external force, and are likely to become entangled with each other and form clusters when the moisture content is low, conventional sieving equipment and fixed-quantity supply are not required. The device was difficult to handle, but as mentioned above, each part works continuously, and the raw fish is rotated as the sorting tank 8, and a large amount of water is placed on rollers whose mutual gap can be adjusted. In addition to discharging the raw fish at the same time, a damper that also serves as a raw fish stopper is provided on the sorting roller to ensure smooth feeding of the material. A gap is provided between the fish body and the outer periphery so that the fish body does not get caught, and this gap is adjusted at any time according to the size of the raw material fish, which changes depending on the fishing season and fishing location. This problem has been solved by supplying each of the two parts to each other, and since each work is performed consecutively, it is possible to perform the work extremely efficiently.
