【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、電子走査型超音波診断装置に使用さ
れる超音波プローブに関し、簡単な構造でプロー
ブの静電シールドを有効に達成せしめることを目

電子走査型超音波診断装置は、たんざく状の圧
電振動子を直線状に複数個配列し、駆動する圧電
振動子の位置を電子的に移動させることによつて
圧電振動子の配列された方向で被検体を切断した
断層映像を得るものであり、性能の向上に伴つて
病院での診断に実際に使用されるまでに至つてい
る。このような診断装置に使用されるプローブで
は微弱電流を扱うことから、外部雑音に対して敏
感であるため、その雑音の影響を極力小さくする
ことが必要である。またプローブは一般に、観察
状態を良くするために、オリーブ油や流動パラフ
イン等のカツプリング剤を介して人体に接触する
