る。 An electronic scanning ultrasound diagnostic device has a plurality of tanzaku-shaped piezoelectric vibrators arranged in a straight line, and electronically moves the position of the driven piezoelectric vibrators to change the direction in which the piezoelectric vibrators are arranged. It is used to obtain tomographic images of the subject, and as its performance has improved, it has come to the point where it is actually used for diagnosis in hospitals.

In the figure, the case of the probe is broadly composed of a case 1 and a lid 2. A plurality of piezoelectric vibrators 3 are arranged at the bottom of the case 1, and above them are a connector and a piezoelectric vibrator drive. It has a built-in circuit. Insulating films 4 and 6 are placed between the case 1 and the lid 2 to keep the probe sealed and eliminate electrical influences from the outside.

Furthermore, since the insulating films 4 and 6 having a waterproof function and the metal film having an electrostatic shielding function were provided separately, the efficiency of fixing was poor.

る。 An embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. In the drawings, parts that are the same as those in FIGS. 1 and 2 are designated by the same numbers, and explanations thereof will be omitted. FIG. 3 shows the overall structure of an ultrasonic probe according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 shows a sectional view taken along line B-B'. In the figure, both sides of a flexible metal film 8 having an electrostatic shielding function are coated with an insulating film 9 made of rubber or the like having a waterproof function, so that the metal film 8 and the insulating film 9 are integrated. membrane 9
A terminal 10 for connecting the metal film 8 to the ground is provided in a part of the terminal 10 to constitute means for preventing water leakage and external noise. The end of the insulating film 9 has a U-shaped cross section as shown in the figure, and a groove corresponding to this protrusion is formed in the case 1.
By crimping it from the outside, it has a structure that allows it to be reliably sealed without using adhesives or the like.
