水位線より上方で開放せしめ、且つ下部を浸水せ
しめた略Ｕ字状の冷却パイプとを有するものにお
いて、冷却パイプの一端側を前記貯水タンクの最
高水位線より上方に位置せしめ、該部分に小孔を
