５の水位検知によつて開閉する開閉弁Ｖ２を備え
蒸気発生器１の上部と給液槽５の上部を連通する
均圧管６と、蒸気発生器１からの逆流を阻止する
逆止弁Ｖ３を備え蒸気発生器１の下部と給液槽５
の下部を連通する給水管７とからなる加熱蒸気循
環装置において、上記給液槽５の一部に受液槽３
と並置せる補充槽部５ａを形成し、該補充槽部５
ａに前記均圧管６を接続せしめた加熱蒸気循環装
