５の水位検知によつて開閉する開閉弁Ｖ２を備え
蒸気発生器１の上部と給液槽５の上部を連通する
均圧管６と、蒸気発生器１からの逆流を阻止する
逆止弁Ｖ３を備え蒸気発生器１の下部と給液槽５
の下部を連通する給水管７等からなる加熱蒸気循
環装置において、前記蒸気発生器１の管寄せ部８
に大気圧以下の設定負圧に達すると大気を吸込む
バキユームブレーカ９を設けた加熱蒸気循環装置
