りにヒータを設け、霧状過酸化水素溶液を該ヒータによ
り加熱してガス状にして該ハウジング内に導入し、該フ
ィルム等を該ハウジング内を通過させるように構成した
ことを特徴とするフィルム等の殺菌装置。
