ツトと；このシフトユニツトを作動させる制御ス
イツチとを備えた二速減速型デフ付車両の車速装
置において、 上記永久磁石と上記誘導金属板との間に設けら
れ磁石の磁力線を制御する磁界制御板と、上記制
御スイツチの切換信号により上記磁界制御板を上
記永久磁石と上記誘導金属板との間に出入させる
