動機に流れる電流検出機構及び該電動機の回転速度検出
器からなり、該電流検出器からの一定電流以上の信号及
び該回転速度検出器からの速度Ｏの信号があった場合該
クラッチを開放させる制御回路を持つ事を特徴とする電
