フアスナーとフイルムを接着することができる。

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 付加物を押出し成形する第1成形ダイスと、
雄、雌爪のプラスチツクフアスナーを押出し成形
する第2成形ダイスとを1台の押出機に個別に並
設した装置において、第2成形ダイスより高い成
形温度を有する第1成形ダイスより押出し成形し
た付加物を捲枠からときほぐされ前記第1成形ダ
イスの近傍に設けた接合ロール14上を移行する
フイルム面に接合させたのち、該付加物付のフイ
ルムをエンボスロール17上に送ると同時に加圧
ロール16により付加物をフイルム面に圧着する
工程と、前記加圧接着を完了し付加物を設けたフ
イルムを第2成形ダイス近傍に設けた接着案内ロ
ール15上に送り、該ロール上において第1成形
ダイスより低い成形温度を有する第2成形ダイス
より押出し成形されたプラスチツクフアスナー
を、該フアスナーの成形保有熱により前記付加物
付フイルムの付加物と並列してフイルム面に接着
する工程からなることを特徴とするフアスナー並
びに付加物をフイルムに成形接着する方法。
