5 is a partially broken cross-sectional view of another embodiment.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to corrugated cardboard used as a base material for corrugated interior materials, and more particularly, to corrugated cardboard which is easy to thermoform. The corrugated cardboard interior material is formed by molding a corrugated cardboard base material specially manufactured to enable thermoforming into a predetermined shape, and attaching a decorative skin agent to the surface thereof as necessary, and is used in interiors of vehicles and the like. As a manufacturing method of the corrugated cardboard interior agent, the most common method is to first heat-form only a corrugated cardboard base material as a predetermined press molding frame, and put thereon a skin agent having an adhesive such as a hot melt sheet on the back side thereof, It is a method of sticking a skin agent to corrugated cardboard material by heat pressing again.
By the way, according to such a method, the following inconvenience may arise at the time of thermoforming of a corrugated base material. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, when the corrugated base material ⑴ is bent, the liner 의 on the front side (inner side) of the corrugated base material 지게 is bent to a curvature larger than the liner 의 on the back side (outer side). The liner liner on the surface side has a recessed portion toward the core, and wrinkles linen up along the corrugate of the core liner. Even when the skin material is adhered on the liner 일반적, the skin material is generally thin like the film non-sheath with the urethane foam attached to the back side, so that the wrinkles of the liner 2 appear on the skin material and become bad in appearance, thus preventing this. In order to do so, the shape of the finished product was also restricted.
In general, corrugated paper used for this kind of application forms a thermoplastic resin film as an adhesive on the inner surfaces of both liners to bond the core and the liner, and releases the adhesive once to release the liner and core in the thermoforming of the corrugated paper. Although some smoothness is created between them, and it is comprised so that the said inconvenience may not arise, in reality, heat transfer to a corrugated-board base material is being performed in full swing by the press molding frame, and the resin film is not melt | dissolving completely. Molding proceeds and wrinkles are generated without the smoothness of the above-described liner and core.
The present invention has been made in view of the above, and an object thereof is to provide a layer of an adhesive having sufficient adhesive force between the liner and the core, and to weaken the peel strength of at least one liner and the core to be temporarily fixed. The internal stress generated during the press molding easily breaks the temporary fixation between the liner and the core, creating sufficient smoothness between the liner and the core, resulting in wrinkles of the liner, and by the heat during molding. It is to provide a corrugated cardboard that can be dissolved again and use the pressing force at the time of molding to bond the liner and the core back to the full adhesive strength of the adhesive.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 to 5.
2 is a cross-sectional view of the
Molding is performed based on such a
Upon completion of molding, the
The degree of peeling strength may be somewhat different depending on the shape to be molded, but according to the experiments of the present inventors, when the core and the liner are temporarily attached to each other by weakening the adhesive force during the adhesion as described above, It was found by the peel strength test method (JISZ0402) as shown in the figure that an almost satisfactory result was obtained when the peel force was 15 kg or less. Briefly explaining the test method of FIG. 4, a pair of fork-shaped peeling holes X 1 and X 2 are inserted between the upper liner 11 and the
In the above embodiment, only the peeling strength between one liner and the core is weak as temporary fixation, but the peeling strength of both liners may be weak. It is especially effective when the shape to shape | mold is uneven | corrugated up and down.
5 is another embodiment using another temporary stop method. In the embodiment, at the time of forming the
This configuration also reduces the peel strength of the entire corrugated cardboard and prevents the occurrence of wrinkles during molding. In manufacturing such a cardboard, when the core and the liner are temporarily fixed, a portion which does not temporarily fix the space between a pair of rollers may be wider than usual.
In the present embodiment, in view of the continuous corrugated paper being elongated in the direction of the arrow of Fig. 5, it is shown that the corrugated sheet is bonded in a stripe shape and a line shape in accordance with the corgate progression method. By pressing the part to be cut along the high part of the corgate, four peripheries of the cut cardboard may be bonded in a line shape.
Here, in order to weaken the peel strength, it is conceivable to use a thinner adhesive or a weak adhesive, but in some cases, the peel strength of the corrugated cardboard after molding is lower than that of the conventional one. Can not.
As apparent from the above description, the corrugated paper of the present invention has a simple configuration of weakening the peel strength between at least one liner and the core while temporarily using an adhesive having sufficient adhesive strength, and is produced by molding such as bending of corrugated cardboard. It is possible to reliably prevent easy wrinkles, and to exert great effects such as being able to maintain the strength as in the prior art on the corrugated cardboard after molding.
