Hereinafter, the interior material of the present invention will be explained according to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram of adhesion of a synthetic resin coating to a corrugated board 1 serving as a base material of the interior material of the present invention. In the figure, 2 and 3 are a pair of liners made of cardboard, and 4 is a core interposed between these liners 2 and 3, which is made of thin paper. 5 and 6 are adhesives for bonding the core 4 to the liners 2 and 3, and this structure is almost the same as the conventional one, but in the embodiment of the present invention, a thermoplastic resin sheet (hot melt) is used as the adhesive. sheets) are used. Furthermore, in the present invention, a synthetic resin film 7 is formed on the outer surface of each of the liners 2 and 3. Synthetic resins include polyethylene, polypropylene, vinyl chloride,
In addition to thermoplastic resins such as polystyrene, thermosetting resins such as epoxy resins and phenolic resins can be used.

Therefore, according to the corrugated board 1 on which such a synthetic resin coating 7 is formed, the water resistance of the cardboard surface is improved due to the hydrophobicity of the synthetic resin coating 7, and the tensile strength etc. of the synthetic resin coating 7 is improved. Strength can be improved.

Since this corrugated board 1 is made of a synthetic resin such as hot melt that can melt the adhesives 5 and 6 by heat, the adhesive melts during heating and pressure molding by pressurizing the corrugated board with a mold while heating it. Because the adhesive force between the liner and the core is reduced, it becomes possible for the liner and core to shift, which compensates for the paper's lack of elongation and prevents the liner from tearing.
Can be molded into desired shape. "Mold into desired shape"
This does not mean only that the entire body is formed into one gently curved shape. Taking the interior of the ceiling of a car body as an example, it also means molding that can be adapted to curved surfaces with a small radius of curvature, such as side edges and corners. In order to make it clear that these two meanings are included, the term "shape having a desired curved surface" will be used. After molding, the temperature drops and the adhesive hardens again to maintain the molded state, and the synthetic resin coating formed on the outer surface of the liner hardens to provide sufficient strength and water resistance. By pasting a skin material on the resin film, it can be used as an interior material suitable for vehicles, ships, houses, etc.

FIG. 2 shows the method for manufacturing the above-mentioned corrugated board 1 and the structure of the apparatus. That is, 10 and 11 are rolls around which the liner material is wound, 12 is a roll around which the core material is wound, and the core material is the roll 12.
The sheet is pulled out from the wafer and formed into a wave shape by stepped rollers 13 and 14, and is joined by hot melt sheets 5 and 6 while interposed in a liner material by a pair of pressure rollers 15 and 16. 17 and 18 are hot melt sheet flat dies extending between the core and the liner and bonding the core and the liner. Reference numeral 19 denotes a tank in which molten synthetic resin is stored, and this resin is discharged from a slit-shaped nozzle 19a having approximately the same width as the corrugated cardboard, and is continuously formed and coated on the entire surface of the corrugated cardboard to be sent out. , forming a film.

As described above, according to the interior material according to the present invention, the liner and the core are bonded together using a synthetic resin adhesive that can be melted by heat, and the water resistance is improved by providing a synthetic resin coating on both sides of the cardboard. By heating and pressurizing the base material, it is molded into a shape with a desired curved surface, and the synthetic resin coating on both sides of the cardboard is cured, which improves the water resistance and strength of the interior material. When a thermoplastic resin is used for the resin coating, this coating acts as an adhesive, and the skin material is placed on one side of the base material and heated and pressurized to form it into a shape with a desired curved surface. This has great practical effects, such as simplifying the manufacturing process by attaching the skin material.
