Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ピストンがスプールに追従して動くメカニカル
フイードバツク機構を有する電油サーボアクチユ
エータにおいて、 前記スプール移動用のボールネジ軸を回転させ
るサーボモータが取付けられており、前記ボール
ネジ軸が貫通しているヘツド側カバーと、このヘ
ツド側カバーの内部に形成されている排油用タン
ク室と、この排油用タンク室および前記ピストン
移動部における圧力油室に連通する空間部を内部
に有していると共に、この空間部内に前記ボール
ネジ軸が貫通しており、前記ピストンに突設され
てピストンの往復動に伴い前記ヘツド側カバー内
を摺動する軸カバーとを備えてなり、 前記ヘツド側カバーと前記軸カバーとの摺動部
分に往復動用シール部を形成したことを特徴とす
る電油サーボアクチユエータ。
