て２段の訂正系列による誤り訂正符号が付加され
たデイジタルデータを、このデイジタルデータが
書き込まれた磁気テープから回転ヘツドにより読
み出し、この読み出したデイジタルデータに２段
の誤り訂正処理を施す再生系と、オーデイオ信号
をサンプリングして符号化したデイジタルデータ
に上記２段の訂正系列による誤り訂正符号を付加
して上記再生系で処理されるデータと同一のフオ
ーマツトで回転ヘツドにより磁気テープに記録す
る記録系とを備え、上記再生系から出力される誤
り訂正処理の施されたデイジタルデータを上記記
録系の２段の誤り訂正符号の付加前のデイジタル
データとして供給して上記再生系が行う第１の磁
気テープからの読出しおよび上記記録系が行う第
２の磁気テープへの書込みとを倍速で行う機能を
有し、上記再生系で行う２段の訂正系列による誤
り訂正の内、前段の誤り訂正処理が磁気テープか
ら読み取つた順番に並ぶデイジタルデータについ
て行われる回転ヘツド式デイジタルオーデイオ記
録再生装置において、 上記倍速で処理をを行う場合には上記再生系の
後段の誤り訂正を行わず、上記倍速で処理を行わ
ない場合には上記後段の誤り訂正を行う訂正回路
を備えたことを特徴とする回転ヘツド式デイジタ
