Conventionally, in the metal wire twisting process, a plurality of winding reels finished in the wire drawing process were supplied to a wire twisting machine as one unit, corresponding to the twist configuration in the wire twisting process. However, there is some variation in the winding length in the wire drawing process, and it is impossible to completely eliminate this variation. An unused wire of m length (hereinafter referred to as extra-length wire) was generated, and a process for removing the extra-length wire (hereinafter referred to as wire-breaking process) was required. As mentioned above, transportation of the winding reel from the wire drawing process to the wire twisting process.Furthermore, even if a used reel with an extra length of wire is transported to the wire drawing process, it cannot be used immediately. Transport of used reels from the wire twisting process to the wire-breaking process, wire-breaking work, and transportation of empty reels (reels from which excess wire was removed in the wire-breaking process) from the wire-breaking process to the wire-drawing process, and emergency work. The flow of goods and work became complicated, resulting in inefficiency. In addition, the reels stagnate during this time, requiring extra reels and transportation vehicles, and also requiring a wire-breaking process, space and workers, which is extremely uneconomical.

The winding reel 21 finished in the wire drawing process is attached to each reel shaft 15, transported to the wire twisting process by the drive source 42, and after being used in the wire twisting process, the end portion of the metal wire 43 remaining on each reel is is wound on the wire reel 37, the wire drive device 39 is operated by operating the push button in the operation box 41, the traverse device 29 and the wire reel 37 are driven via the wire reel shaft 35, and the wire reel 37 is wound. do the work. During wire-breaking work, reel shaft 1
The feeding force is set by a brake device attached to 5 to prevent the metal wire 43 from loosening due to overrun of the take-up reel 21 and from breaking due to spooling. The amount of wire remaining on the take-up reel 21 varies, and the metal wires 43 are pulled out of the traverse device in order from the one with the shortest winding length, but the last metal wire 4
The proximity sensor 45 detects that 3 has come off, and stops the line-resolving line drive device 39. In addition, the ends of the metal wires 43 that have been pulled out one after another are held down by other metal wires 43 one after another by the traverse device 29, so that the ends of the metal wires 43 that have come out one after another are held down by the other metal wires 43, so that they are removed from the wire reel 37.
It will not come off or get wrapped around other parts. In addition, as shown in Fig. 4, a winding reel,
When an empty reel is being conveyed or an extra length reel is being conveyed, the tilting plate 13 is tilted by the tilting plate drive device 8 to prevent the reel from falling off. Furthermore, as shown in FIG.
By moving up and down, various reels can be picked up and loaded on a pedestal appropriately placed in the wire drawing process and wire twisting process without having to directly hold the heavy reel by remote control from the operation box 41. Can be unloaded.

As described above, when using the reel conveying method of the present invention, the unraveling process can be performed during transportation, thereby omitting the unraveling process, and the reels can be collected without stagnation, which greatly reduces the number of reels held. can be reduced to In addition, since the cargo can be handled by remote control, the physical labor of the worker can be reduced and safety can be ensured. Furthermore, if the present invention is applied to an automatic guided vehicle, unloading, unloading, and transportation can be performed unmanned, except for unprocessed ends during wire-breaking work. As described above, the present invention has excellent effects.
