歯を外周に切つた円筒形ロータを示す図であり、
Ａ図はその正面図、Ｂ図は左側面図、及びＣ図は
左側端部の正面展開図である。第２図は本考案の
一実施例によるねじ溝分子ポンプの正面側ケース
を除いた正面図である。第３図は従来の円筒形ロ
ータを示す第１図と対応する図である。 ３０……ロータ、３２，３４……前、後段部、
３６……中空部、３８……螺旋歯、４０……切欠
き面、４２……端面、４４……歯溝、４６……円
筒形ケース、４０……吸気管、５０……排気管、

- 横断面が方形状の螺旋歯を設けたロータ又は円
筒形ケースを備えたねじ溝分子ポンプにおいて、
上記螺旋歯の吸気側端部に切欠き面を設け、その
吸気側に向く端面を線状にすることを特徴とする
ねじ溝分子ポンプ。
