Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
電子写真複写機はその基体の周面に感光性材料
を塗布して製作するが、この塗布方法には種々の
方法がある。基体を塗布液中に浸漬するのもその
うちの一つであるが、本発明はこの浸漬塗布方法

1は円筒形の容器であつて、ドラム状感光体基
体6の外径よりわずかに大なる内径を有し、ドラ
ム状感光体基体6の軸方向長さより大なる深さを
有している。容器1の上縁外周には環状の樋2が
設けられており、それがコツク3を介して、図示
しない廃液タンクに接続されている。容器1の底
部はコツク4を介して補給タンク(図示せず)に

さらに液面が上昇する結果、容器1の上縁からオ
ーバーフローし、樋2へ流出する。このオーバー
フローに際し、塗布液5の液面に生じていた皮膜
も流出する。もちろん、浮遊ごみ等も排出され

昇によつて、その最終段階においてオーバーフロ
ーを生じさせることを特徴とする感光体の浸漬塗
