をもつていたからである。 Well-known 2 types used in paper making machines in recent years
Heavy fabrics are fabrics with a single warp and double weft structure, and are generally made up of pairs of upper and lower wefts and interwoven warps. Nowadays, what is particularly required in paper making machines is a wire, that is, a papermaking fabric, which has both paper wire mark performance and the ability to withstand abrasion caused by fillers such as calcium carbonate in high-quality paper M/C and the like. However, there is a limit to the ability to manufacture a wire that satisfies these two requirements at the same time using the well-known double-woven wire mentioned above. In other words, in order to improve the wire mark performance, it was thought to increase the number of paper layer support points by decreasing the diameter of the warp or weft and increasing the density, but this contradicts the fact that decreasing the yarn diameter decreases the abrasion resistance. This is because they had a problem.

ことを特徴とする製紙用2重織物である。 In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 12892/1983,
There have been attempts such as Special Publication No. 59-42116, but none of them were fully satisfactory.
In other words, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in JP-A No. 55-12892 and JP-B No. 59-42116, the paper forming surface and the wire wear surface are made of separate two-layer fabrics each composed of different warp and weft sets. A structure in which paper is bonded with a binding thread has been considered, and although it has been improved in terms of paper wire marks and abrasion resistance compared to the well-known double woven wire, it is still not completely satisfactory. In other words, even the structural fabrics of the above-mentioned improved technique have the disadvantage that the binding yarns rub against the yarns of the fabric during use, resulting in abrasion and breakage of the binding yarns. Therefore, in order to eliminate this defect, a large diameter and binding yarn are used, and the large diameter binding yarn produces a pattern different from the original pattern of the upper layer fabric at the weaving point with the upper layer fabric. This has the disadvantage of causing wire marks. The present invention solves both of these problems and also provides the wire with wear resistance.
That is, a completely textured upper layer fabric woven by weft 1 made of polyester monofilament and warp 2 made of polyester monofilament; weft 3a, 31 made of polyamide monofilament;
A fully textured lower layer fabric in which polyester monofilament weft yarns 3b and polyester monofilament warp yarns 4, 41 are woven in a predetermined ratio; A double fabric for a paper layer forming portion comprising a tying yarn 5 and; for paper making, wherein the tying yarn 5 is made of a polyamide monofilament having a diameter of 65 to 85% of the diameter of the layer weft. It is a double woven fabric.

事を防ぐことが出来たものである。 Since the present invention uses polyamide monofilament as the binding yarn, the binding yarn has abrasion resistance, and the binding yarn will not be worn out or cut at the weaving points of the upper layer fabric and the lower layer fabric. It does not occur. Furthermore, because we use abrasion-resistant binding yarn, we are able to use thinner binding yarns compared to conventional methods, and at the weaving point between the binding yarn and the upper layer fabric, the original pattern of warp and weft yarns can be seen. This prevented the occurrence of different patterns.

It is something. In addition, by using oval yarns for the warp threads of the lower layer fabric, the warp threads of the lower layer fabric dig into the interior of the fabric from the top of the worn side of the weft threads of the lower layer fabric.
The lower layer fabric is of a weft abrasion type in which the weft yarns form an abrasion surface, and the abrasion resistance can be further improved.

A, 3b and the warp threads 4 constitute a 4-heddle satin weave, 3a is a polyamide monofilament, and 3b is a polyamide monofilament.
is made of polyester monofilament 3a,
3b is constructed by interweaving every other thread. These two layers of completely textured fabric are bonded to each other using weft yarns 5 made of polyamide monofilament to form a two-layer integrated fabric.

The number of layer support points can be increased to improve wire mark performance.The lower layer fabric is made of wear-resistant polyamide alternately arranged and is a weft wear type in which the wefts form the wear surface, further extending the wire life. We were able to secure it. In addition, since abrasion-resistant polyamide is used for the binding yarn, the diameter can be 65% to 85% of the weft diameter of the upper layer fabric.
At the weaving point between the binding yarn and the upper layer fabric, the original pattern of the upper layer fabric can be prevented from being damaged.

This is shown in the cross section of the example, and this example is
The support points of the upper layer fabric are extremely smooth, which improves wire mark resistance, and the lower layer fabric has an oval warp yarn, resulting in a structure that is prone to weft abrasion, making it more abrasion resistant. It is something that has lasted a long time.
