点及び省エネルギーの観点から問題がある。 In the conventional metal surface treatment process, as shown in FIG. 1, a certain amount of water is replenished to maintain the water quality for washing and hot water washing, and the water is allowed to overflow from each tank and released. In order to maintain the temperature of the hot water washing tank 1, live steam is directly supplied from the boiler to the hot water washing tank 1, and the hot water is discharged as is without heat recovery. This poses a problem from the viewpoint of effective use of water resources and energy conservation.

°C) is sent to the heat exchanger 6 through the pipe 20,
Here, it exchanges heat with the high-temperature water (approximately 80° C.) containing the aforementioned impurities to become high-temperature pure water (approximately 75° C.) and is recovered in the hot water washing tank 1, where it is further heated to a higher temperature by blowing in live steam. Thereafter, such operations are repeated to circulate the liquid.

不良化を防止できる。 As described above, in the present invention, firstly, high-temperature water discharged from a hot water washing tank is heat-exchanged with low-temperature pure water and introduced into the washing tank, and the liquid discharged from the washing tank is filtered. The filtrate is ion-exchanged, and the purified water resulting from the ion exchange is heated by heat exchange with the high-temperature water and then collected in the hot water washing tank, thereby recovering and reusing the cleaning solution and heat in the metal surface treatment process. Since the method of use is configured, a certain amount of liquid can be circulated and used as a cleaning liquid as many times as required without replenishing as in the past, which contributes to water conservation and efficient cleaning. Since heat exchange is performed by mutually using low-temperature water and high-temperature water in the hot water washing tank, the equipment is simplified, the amount of live steam introduced into the hot water washing tank is also reduced, and it is necessary to further increase the temperature of the live steam. In addition to this, the water quality in hot water and cold water washing tanks can be stabilized and products can be prevented from becoming defective.
