Recently, packaging bags made of plastic film materials have been widely used for packaging various processed products, i.e., workpieces, due to their transparency, water resistance, moisture resistance, and robustness relative to the thickness of the fabric. has been
When packaging a target work in such a plastic film bag, two types of packaging methods are generally used. One method is to store bare workpieces inside the bag by printing various necessary markings such as trademark, quality, size, usage, and various graphic patterns on the bag itself. 1
One is a bag made of see-through plastic film that does not have any printing applied to it, but instead has the above-mentioned required markings printed on what is called an inner paper made of various thick and thin paper materials. This method stores the workpiece together with the workpiece inside the bag. The advantage of the former method is that it does not use inserts such as inner paper, so it is easy to automate the packaging process, allowing for efficient packaging. However, on the other hand, printing on the bag body is technically difficult. It is difficult to display clearly and in multiple colors, and furthermore, once the bag is printed, it is difficult to use it for other purposes, and the disadvantage is that it cannot be used for large-variety, small-lot production types. Moreover, the printing cost is high. On the other hand, the latter method is
Although the disadvantages of the former can be largely eliminated, when packaging the workpiece, the workpiece and the inner paper must be loaded and stored together, and in this process there may be misalignment, distortion, or folding between the workpiece and the inner paper. There are problems such as
It is difficult to automate the charging, and this is a fatal problem in the recent automatic packaging and higher efficiency. Although it depends on the content of this work, especially when it comes to packaging socks, there is a method known as the ``river flow method'' in which the socks are neatly wrapped around a mount and then stored in the bag together with the inner paper. Due to the fact that the work is used, the occurrence of misalignment and distortion between the work and the inner paper as mentioned above from the viewpoint of fashionability and fashionability,
This is unacceptable as it reduces the product value, and strict packaging is required. Conventionally, when packaging these socks, a packaging method has been used in which an inner paper is attached to a workpiece that has been folded together with a backing paper in advance, and the inner paper is inserted into a plastic film bag that has already been made into a bag. However, with this method, it is extremely difficult to maintain the work and the inner paper without shifting until it is placed in the bag, and it also requires great skill to align the work and the inner paper. If you use an inner paper that is slightly smaller than the bag but is almost the same as the bag, there will be frequent problems such as the inner paper getting caught or folding at the entrance opening of the bag.
Therefore, this is the biggest bottleneck in automated packaging.
There is a strong demand for the development of new packaging methods in this regard. This is true not only for socks but also for other works made of relatively flexible materials, such as various knitted products.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned problems regarding bag packaging with inner paper, and enables accurate positioning and combination of the work and inner paper, and smooth storage of the work without any troubles such as misalignment, distortion, or bending of the inner paper. The packaging can be automated with high efficiency, and its special feature is that it is long and folded in half, with one half longer than the other half to serve as the sealing piece. A bag material made of plastic film is placed on an intermittent conveyance path, and inside the bag material folded in half,
In addition to displaying required markings such as usage figures, the inner paper whose length is approximately the same as the length of the short half half and whose width is approximately the same as the width of the bag body is folded in two directions. an insertion means for automatically inserting the inner paper in a perpendicular manner and causing the leading edge in the longitudinal direction of the inner paper to collide with the folded portion of the bag material;
A shaping means for stretching and shaping the bag material containing inner paper using a clamping roll disposed immediately before the automatic insertion position, and a fusing means for cutting a seal along the width edge of the inner paper are referred to as an abbreviation of the product bag. One bag is fed continuously by intermittent feeding with forward and stop movement to form a bag with inner paper that is closed on three sides and has an opening on the side where the inner paper is inserted, and then inserts the workpiece into the bag through the bag opening. is automatically inserted into the back side of the inner paper.

In the present invention, a bag material 5 made of plastic film is conveyed on an intermittent conveyance path 3 for making bags and inserting inner paper into the bag body. (Long piece) 6 is formed longer than the other half piece (Short piece) 7 by the length that becomes the sealing piece 8, and the open end 9 of the upper short piece 7, the open end 10 of the lower long piece 6, and the bent It has a section 11. This bag material 5 is conveyed on the intermittent conveyance path 3 in the direction of arrow A, and at this time, the open ends 9 and 10 are moved toward the conveyance path 4 for loading the inner paper 18. Although the inner paper 18 is made of paper or the like and is not shown in the figure, necessary markings such as trademark, quality, size, usage, and graphic pattern are printed on the surface, and the inner paper 18 is made of paper or the like and has necessary markings such as trademark, quality, size, usage, and graphic pattern printed on the surface. In the example, it is placed in two folds. That is, the front part 13 is folded in half from the bent part 12 into both the front part 13 and the back part 14, and in the illustrated example, the front part 13 is wide and the back part 14 is narrow. You can also use a similar wide one, or one sheet instead of folded in two. However, at least the surface portion 13 of the inner paper 18 used in the present invention has approximately the same length as the long side (one side) 15 is slightly shorter than the length of the short piece 7 of the bag material 5, The short side (the other width side) 16 is slightly shorter than the width of the bag described later, and has approximately the same length.

As this automatic loading means, an appropriate mechanical pushing member, air injection, suction means, etc. can be used. However, when the conveyance path 4 is a conveyor or other moving member, the various pushing means described above will work as auxiliary members, and depending on the speed of the moving member and the inner paper 18, it is also possible to use only the moving member. The charging position can be determined by using the guide wall 17 in the conveyance path 4, and the timing of stopping and charging can be accurately matched using various detection members. It is necessary to collide with the bent portion 11 of the material 5.

In this way, when the automatic loading of the inner paper 18 into the bag material 5 is completed, the inner paper 18 of the bag material 5 is integrated into A.
The bag is moved approximately one bag in the direction of the arrow. Here, a pair of upper and lower clamping rolls (rotatable) are placed in the conveyance path 3 immediately before the automatic inserting position for inner paper.
19, 19 and stop. Here, middle paper 18
This is to stretch and shape the material and to make it fit into the bag material 5. In this stopped state, the clamping roll 1
The bag material 11 is melt-cut by a melt-cut heater 20 arranged movably up and down on the conveyance path 3 in front of the bags 9 and 19. To explain this fusing in more detail, the holding rolls 19, 19 and the fusing heater 20 are operated in a state where the rear end of the bag material 5' containing inner paper is still held between the holding rolls 19, 19, as is clear from the figure. The distance is spaced so that the fusing heater 20 is located at the upper part between the front of the inner paper bag material 5' and the rear edge of the inner paper bag material 5' which is located in front of the inner paper bag material 5' and whose front edge has already been melted and welded. It has been set up and installed. Thus, by the fusing heater 20, fusing and welding (seal cutting) is performed very closely along the front edge of the long side 15 of the inner paper 18. After fusing and welding, the inner paper bag material 5' is further moved forward by approximately one bag of the bag body,
Again, the inner paper 18 is fused and welded at a very close portion along the rear edge thereof. In this way, a bag body 21 is formed in which the inner paper 18 is inserted into the bag with almost no gaps at its three peripheries.
By using the intermittent lowering of the fusing heater 20 at regular intervals, the constant speed movement of the conveyance path 3, and the combined use of a detection member, the bags 21 containing inner paper can be produced one after another in a continuous manner. Become. In this way, the fusing front and rear edges 21a, 21a are sealed, the bent part 11 becomes the bottom part 21b, and the openings 9, 10 are used as charging openings. The workpiece 1 is charged through the charging opening formed by the open ends 9,10. At this time, the conveyance path 3 is temporarily stopped, and if necessary, the inner paper bag 21 is fixed in its position with a stopper, etc., and the opening guide 2 is moved in and out.
2 is inserted along the inside of the front and rear fusing edges 21a, 21a of the bag body 21, and the front and rear edges 21a, 21a
By opening the part while shaping it into a substantially U-shape or V-shape, the workpiece 1 on the conveyance path 2 can be shaped as shown in the example in the figure.
The inner paper 18 moves smoothly between the front surface 13 and the back surface 14, and together with the integration of the inner paper 18 and the bag body 21 by the opening guides 22, 22, the inner paper 18 is prevented from shifting, distorting, or folding. The inner paper bag body 21 can be loaded accurately and easily without such troubles. At this time, it is possible to interpose a crossing member between the conveyance path 3 and the conveyance path 2, or to push the workpiece 1 into the auxiliary part with a pushing member etc. It is also effective to make the cross-sectional shape approximately U-shaped or V-shaped so as to also serve as guide regulation.

When the work 1 is inserted into the bag in this way, the work bag 21 with the inner paper attached is transferred from the transport path 3 to the next transport path or the take-out table 23, etc. in the direction of arrow C, which is the direction of movement of the work 1. or move it in the direction of the arrow to take it out to the next process, apply pressure sensitive adhesive to the sealing piece 8, and perform sealing work such as bending it and closing the opening. become.

As described above, in the present invention, an inner paper of approximately the same size as the bag body is inserted in advance at the stage of the bag material that will become the bag body, and by internal regulation or restraint depending on the size of the inner paper, the inner paper itself is There are no malfunctions such as misalignment or distortion, and this also means that there is no misalignment between the inner paper and the workpiece, and it is easy to create a package that is correctly inserted into the matching form and that the required markings on the inner paper appear appropriately. As a result, the biggest drawback of the conventional packaging method using inner paper was solved, and a consistent automatic packaging line was established.

Among the packaging means of the present invention, the present invention provides an effect of fixing the inner paper by abutting the leading edge in the longitudinal direction of the inner paper against the folded part of the bag material, and a shaping means for the inner paper when the inner paper is automatically inserted. It also has the excellent feature of not producing defective products due to the effect of stretching and shaping the bag material, and the effect of stabilizing the correct position of the fusing part by means of fusing and cutting the bag while it is being held between pinch rolls, which is the shaping means.
