TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a clothing bag made of plastic film and a method for manufacturing the same. Roasted Sashimi Noodles - Clothes bags are generally made from a transparent plastic film that is folded in the center and fused at both ends, with the product name printed on the inner or outer surface. Size etc. are displayed by gravure printing. However, this type of clothing bag has the disadvantage that it can only be used for clothing labeled with gravure printing. In other words, even for the same type of clothing, the printing content must be changed depending on whether there is one for men or one for women, or different model numbers, and it is necessary to produce bags for each type of clothing. The bags themselves must be kept as inventory. In terms of the cost required for printing, the printing cost is calculated by multiplying the cost per color per sheet of film material. However, in this type of clothing bag, as shown in Figure 1, the diagonal line is set to ft in order to show the stored products to the customer.
Printed part A1. Only a small portion of the slit is provided in the radial direction. For example, the length of the bag 1 in the vertical direction is 380+IIm, and the dimension L2 of the lid part 2 is 40
If m+n and the dimension L3 of the printed part is 120 Im,
At the time of printing, the width W of the film fabric 3 is 800
mm, of which only 120+1II11 will be printed. In this case, the plate for gravure printing requires a roll-like plate with a length of about 860 m+11, which is the r1 dimension of the fabric 3. In other words, 860 that appears to be a print of just 120mm
+: It requires a plate of around 1 m, resulting in extremely inefficient gravure printing. In the case of Mars production, the increase in production costs due to poor printing efficiency is offset by the increase in production costs, and in the case of small-scale production, the high initial cost of clothing counteracts the increase in production costs. Therefore, the purpose of the first invention is to provide a clothing bag that can distinguish between many types of clothing using one type of bag.
There it is. A second object of the invention is to provide a method for manufacturing clothing bags that can reduce production costs. - Bundling Figures 3 and 4M show the first part of the clothing bag according to the present invention made of polyethylene, the front part 12 folded back at the lower side 11 and the back part 1: (both ends 14.1',) The lid part 1G that covers the space between the two parts is folded back, and the interior is made of plastic film in the horizontal direction and the sides are made of polyethylene film. Both ends of plain wood 14. , ] 5, it was welded to the hemorrhoid in the direction of 1 at the time of cutting. That is, this strip 17 is connected to the bag only at both ends;
The middle part is floating from the inside of the front part 13, the back part], and ■. Further, on the surface of this band 17, the product name, manufacturer, size, etc. are printed in advance. When storing clothing in a bag with the above configuration, Obi i4s

Note that if the product name, etc. is printed in advance before the strip 1°7, the printing on the back side will be hidden in the stored state shown in Figure 5 (,), and the print on the front side will be hidden in the assembled state shown in Figure 5 (b). The printing on the front and back sides is hidden when the band 17 is sandwiched between the clothes 20. Figures 6(,) to (d) explain the storage state in the second embodiment, in which two strips 1'7, ]8 are arranged side by side inside the bag, and the strips 1° 7 and 18 are pre-printed with the product name only on the surface. In this case, as shown in FIG. 6(a), only the printed part of the band 18 is displayed, and as shown in FIG. If two sides of the body 18 are covered, only the printed portion of the band 17 is displayed. Also,
Fig. 6(C) (As shown here, clothing 82V20) 17 bodies 1' 7.18 are stored under the belt. As shown in Figure <d), if the clothing 20 is stored above the aquifer [7+]b, the printed parts on both sides will be hidden. It should be noted that printing may also be applied to the back surfaces of the bands 17 and 18, thereby increasing the variety of displayed contents. Sections 7 (a) to (C) explain the storage condition in the third disaster example, and one sheet of <17 wood 19 is the lower side of the bag folded capital]]

[The printed part on the front side of the bag will be displayed on the front and back sides at the -1 side of the bag. In this case, if the clothing 20 is inserted into the opening of the band 1 () as shown in Fig. 7(a), the printed portions of the front and back sides of the band 19 will be displayed, and Fig. 7(l) Cover the front side of the band 1 (j) with the cloth shown in Figure 7 (C);
l! If the back side 11111 of J is covered, the printed part on the front side will be displayed. That is, three types of display can be selected for the first embodiment and the second failed embodiment, and four types of display can be selected for the second embodiment, and the clothing shipper can select the type of clothing (accordingly). It is good to change the storage condition.Also, for example, if you prepare one type of the first example, it will be necessary to distinguish between three types of table 1J and ship it. When preparing bags (this makes it easy to manage the inventory and increase the amount of bags in stock). The display contents are displayed continuously in the longitudinal direction of the transparent plastic film corresponding to the length dimension Wl of the band 17, and in multiple rows at predetermined intervals in the 1] direction of the film, for example, if printing is 120 ll 1 l + 1. 1 in both ears (980 mouths 11□ leaving room for l 11111+)
Eight lines are printed on a film having a tl+ dimension of 1, divided into eight pieces with a slitter, and wound up. On the other hand, a so-called tear-off bag is manufactured using a conventional bag-making machine using a plain transparent plastic film fabric. At this time, one or more strips 17 (18+19) are clamped at predetermined locations. While the film is being conveyed together with the film material, both ends are simultaneously fused and cut. Here, the costs of the conventional manufacturing method of directly printing on bags and the manufacturing method of the present invention will be compared and explained in detail. Here, the first embodiment in which one band member 17 is removed will be discussed. First, when considering printing costs, gravure printing costs ii

5 m = 22 'ik, the bag-making labor cost is reduced by 1. However, in the method of the present invention, the bag-making speed is not reduced by 1 [λ4 at all by simply sandwiching the band f4; 17, so it is the same as the conventional method. In addition, since the method of the present invention requires 1 additional band (11k17 for 1 bag), the material cost for the film increases by 1. Regarding the cost, polyethylene/ice is 3ki per ice, but the length is 5 (non+I).
11. Ill 12 (j ++R11's 弗・1水]
□7 to 2 (Even if you use a polyethylene film with a thickness of 0.6 mm, the material cost is 0.6 cc per sheet, and the material cost is 18 yen per strip.
No matter how much money you add, it will only amount to 40 sen. In other words, the printing cost that conventionally required 1 yen and 5 yen, but according to the present invention, even if you add the material cost of the band, it only costs 4 yen, and in mass production it costs about 11 yen. ] This results in cost reduction. In addition, since plain polyethylene film fabric is easily available at a reasonable price, it is possible to keep only the printed strips in stock and make bags according to the needs, and print directly on the bags themselves. Compared to the conventional method where the bags are kept in stock, storage costs are significantly reduced.On the other hand, for small-scale production, the product name etc. is printed on the fabric inside 120 + 11111. In this case, the plate of Clavier printing is as before: “r [i 0 +1
There is no need for ll+, and the cost of producing the edition is 1/1 or more. As is clear from the above explanation, according to the first invention,
By selectively storing clothing on the top and bottom of the band provided inside the bag, a variety of displays can be displayed using one type of bag. Also, the second shot 5'4. Accordingly, even if the work of sandwiching the strip is added by τ1, it is possible to make bags at the same speed as in the past (1"), but the efficiency of gravure printing is improved and printing is faster. The cost (kl+t) is reduced, and as a result, it is possible to obtain inexpensive clothing bags.
