ヘツドレスト本体の角度を選択的に調整するヘツ
ドレスト調整装置において、ステー側に、固定の
ラチエツト部材と当該ラチエツト部材の前後位置
で変位が規制される変位自在な合成樹脂製のガイ
ド部材を配設し、ヘツドレスト本体側に、ラチエ
ツト部材およびガイド部材に係脱自在のフツク部
材を配設するとともに、前記ガイド部材に、ラチ
エツト部材の係止部へフツク部材の係止を許容し
、かつ前壁がラチエツト部材の最上端より高い調
整用凹部と、当該凹部の前方であつてラチエツト
部材の最上端より高い調整解除用凹部を設け、各
凹部へフツク部材を変移可能にしたことを特徴と
するヘツドレストの調整装置。 (2) 前記調整用凹部は底の高さをラチエツト部
材の係止部の面より若干高く形成したことを特徴
