れる例の部分拡大図である。 図中、１３は成形型、１５は注入ノズル、１７
は塗料タンク、２０はポンプ、２１は供給通路、
２５は塗料通路部、３１はリターン通路である。

Claims (1)
- 合成樹脂製素材を加熱状態のもとにプレス成形
して１次成形品を得るとともに、得られた１次成
形品の表面に熱硬化性塗料から成る被覆層を形成
すべく開閉せしめられる二分割された成形型と、
該成形型に設けられて、上記１次成形品が得られ
た後に上記成形型が開かれたとき、上記成形型内
における上記１次成形品の表面側に熱硬化性塗料
を注入する注入ノズルと、該注入ノズルに熱硬化
性塗料を供給する塗料供給手段と、上記注入ノズ
ルから上記１次成形品の表面側に熱硬化性塗料が
注入されないとき、上記塗料供給手段から上記注
入ノズルに供給された熱硬化性塗料を上記塗料供
給手段に戻す塗料戻し手段と、を具備して構成さ
れるインモールドコート装置。
