Claims (1)
- 交流電源からの電力を直流に変換する整流器と
、該整流器からの直流電力を高周波電力に変換す
るインバータと、該インバータから高周波電力の
供給を受け被加熱体を加熱する加熱コイルとを含
む高周波加熱装置において、前記加熱コイルに印
加される電圧値を検出してその電圧周波数を所望
の値に設定可能な周波数制御回路と、該周波数制
御回路からの信号に基づき前記インバータの出力
周波数を加熱コイルの共振周波数となるように調
整するインバータコントローラとを備えたことを
特徴とする高周波加熱装置。
