[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a tower climbing prevention device, and is particularly suitable for installation on steel towers in areas with heavy snowfall. In general, tower climbing prevention devices are installed with a scaffold-like frame extending approximately horizontally at a height of 3 m to 5 m above the ground of the tower body, in order to prevent people other than those involved from climbing the tower.
It is installed by closing (blocking off) passages using ladders, step bolts, etc. installed in the tower body. When people involved in maintenance and inspection work on the tower ascend the tower, they remove and move the frame that closes the passage, open the passage, ascend the tower, and then close the passage again after completing their work. It is something to do. The reality is that when such a tower climbing prevention device is installed in an area with heavy snowfall, the mounting portion of the frame or the frame itself is damaged due to the load of snow, and the device must be repaired every year. Alternatively, countermeasures have been taken, such as making the entire device larger and stronger to withstand the snow load, and adding hanging materials and other reinforcing materials to the device, but this does not increase the weight of the device or increases the processing and installation steps. Therefore, it has to be expensive. In addition, the weight of the device itself increases, which places an extra load on the tower body, which is undesirable. The tower ascension prevention device of the present invention was designed taking these circumstances into consideration, and is particularly suitable for installation on steel towers in areas with heavy snowfall. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a part of the tower body in which the tower climbing prevention device of the present invention is installed, and FIG.
A plan view showing a part of the frame of the device as viewed from the side, No. 3
The figure is a plan view of the device viewed from above. The tower body is usually a pyramid-shaped structure consisting of four tower legs 1, and each tower pedestal 1 is connected with a plurality of composite materials 2 for reinforcement purposes, and the tower pedestals 1 are not shown in the diagram. However, the tower climbing prevention device, in which step bolts are installed as a climbing passage, is installed with two composite materials at a height of 3m to 4m above the ground.
It is installed on tower pedestal 1 via. The frame body 3 is attached to the composite material 2 of the tower pedestal 1 via a support material 4, and has a shape that is symmetrical with respect to the tower pedestal 1 (the first
figure). The base end side 31 of the frame body 3 is fixed to the support member 4,
It is attached to the tower pedestal 1 so that it is inclined at a predetermined angle in the outward direction (horizontal direction) so that the extended tip end side 32 is located below the base end side 31 . In the embodiment, the predetermined angle between the tower pedestal 1 and the lower surface of the extending frame 3 is 60°. The supporting material 4 has one end fixed to the composite material 2 with a J bolt 41, and the other end fixed to the proximal end 31 of the frame 3 with a supporting part 42 . The frame 3 has a symmetrical shape with respect to the tower pedestal 1, and the frames 3 collide with each other near the passage of the tower pedestal 1. Since the frame body 3 needs to open and close the passage on the passage, the locking part 5 is configured to be movable upward and left and right using the hinge 34 as a pivot point with the abutting palms 33 as a boundary. is for fixing the palms together part 33 when the passage is closed. When ascending and descending, the person concerned unlocks the locking section 5,
The hands-to-hand section 33 is moved upward and left and right using the hinge 34 as a pivot point to open the passageway, ascend the tower, and return to its original state after the work is completed. The tower ascension prevention device of the present invention, which has the above configuration,
The frame body 3 blocks the passage of the tower pedestal 1 to prevent anyone other than those involved from climbing the tower, and since the frame body 3 is installed at a predetermined angle downward and outward from the tower body,
In the case of snowfall, it is possible to prevent the snow from sliding down from the frame 3 even when there is a little snowfall, thereby preventing the frame 3 from being damaged due to the snow accumulation and from applying an extra load to the tower. In the example, a predetermined angle of 60° was used, but it is possible to make the angle even more acute within a range that does not impede the effect of preventing tower ascension, or to apply a paint containing a lubricant to the surface of the frame 3 to prevent snow from falling. It is also effective to encourage the frame 3 to slide down, and although the frame body 3 is shown in the example as having a rectangular shape, depending on the scale of the tower, it may be shaped like a circular umbrella with the tower pedestal 1 as the center. It is easy to conceive that it could also be something like that.
