置に関するもので、その目的は、屋根の除雪や捕修作業
等を行なう際に、作業者が建物の窓から出入して屋根の
上へ極めて安全且つ容易に昇降し得る便利な使用機能を
備えた新らしい窓外梯子装置を至極簡単な構により安価
に提供することにある。

行に連結してあり、梯子1と建物Hの外壁面Pとの間に
は、作業者が窓Wから出入して昇降し得る空間Sが形成
