When sieving crushed stone mixed with sticky mud, if the sieve is a wire mesh, the wire mesh is likely to become clogged with mud adhering to its pores. The Grizzriver type vibrating sieve is known to improve this drawback.
Several proposals have also been made. For example, Tokkosho
39-1877, the frame holding the upper Grizzriver is provided so that it can be vibrated by a vibrator, and the lower Grizzriver placed between the Grizzrivers is attached to the frame via a spring. In this way, when the upper bar screen vibrates, the lower bar screen also vibrates relatively slightly, but this is too weak to sieve while destroying the crosslinking phenomenon caused by the raw materials. Ta. Therefore, as seen in Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-52632, a vibrator is installed in each of the two sieve frames, and each sieve frame is vibrated at a constant angle with almost the same amplitude with respect to the bars, thereby making the sieve frames relatively Although there are proposals to move the sieve up and down, this only results in clogging due to mud buildup to varying degrees, and the sieving function gradually deteriorates. The solution to clogging up to now has been to widen the sieve mesh spacing, but it goes without saying that this is uneconomical as a large amount is wasted.

本考案の目的は上記した欠点の改善にある。 The purpose of the present invention is to improve the above-mentioned drawbacks.

In order to achieve this purpose, the configuration of the present invention is such that the pair of left and right inner and outer sieve frame side plates supported via a vibration isolator on the bed are each equipped with a vibrator, and the Grizzriver is In the Grizzriver type vibrator, which is arranged alternately so as to have an opening interval of and have different amplitudes.

Vibrators 10, 10a are installed in the centers of the inner sieve frame side plates 1, 1 and the outer sieve frame side plates 7, 7 so as to face each other vertically on the same vertical line, and motors 11, 1 are installed, respectively.
1a enables vibration. Motor 11, 11
The rotation direction of a, in other words, the rotation directions of the vibrators 10 and 10a are opposite to each other. Furthermore, if the inner sieve frame side plates 1, 1, in other words Grizzriver 8, 8, etc. are vibrated by the vibrator 10 at a frequency of 800 to 1000 cpm and an amplitude of 9 to 12 mm, the other vibrator 10a Therefore, the outer sieve frame side plates 7, 7, in other words, the Grizzriver 9, 9, . . .
The two vibrators 10 and 10a are made to have different frequencies and amplitudes, such as vibrating at 600 cpm and an amplitude of 4 to 6 mm.

In order to keep the spacing between the Grizzrivers 8, 9, 8, 9, etc. almost constant during vibration, and to suppress the lateral vibration especially during resonance, a groove is provided between the inner sieve frame side plate 1 and the outer sieve frame side plate 7. A lateral steadying device 12, the details of which are shown in FIG. 4, is installed. In the example shown in FIG. 1, they are attached at 4 locations on one side and 8 locations on both sides. The lateral steadying device 12 includes a vibration-proof rubber support 14 attached to the inside of the outer sieve frame side plate 7 by bolts 13, a vibration-proof rubber 16 having a screw shaft 15 protruding from one end, and screwed onto the screw shaft 15. It consists of an adjusting nut 17, a locking nut 18, a shim 19, and a presser plate 20 and bolts 21 for securing the adjusting nut 17 to the anti-vibration rubber support 14. After adjusting the adjusting nut 17 so that the vibration isolating rubber 16 comes into close contact with the inner sieve frame side plate 7, the locking nut 18 is used to prevent the nut from loosening. If the anti-vibration rubber 16 wears out, remove the shim 19.
so that the vibration isolating rubber 16 always maintains a close contact with the inner sieve frame side plate 7.

7. In other words, the vibration directions of the Grizz Rivers 9, 9, etc. differ depending on their positions. To explain this with reference to FIG. 5, the Grizz Rivers 8 and 9 near the vibrator 10 vibrate circularly as indicated by symbols A and A', but the Grizz Rivers 8 further away from above vibrate in an elliptical direction diagonally upward and to the right as indicated by symbol B. On the other hand, the other Grizzrivers 9 have elliptical vibrations pointing diagonally upward to the left as shown by symbol B', and at this time, the lowest Grizzriver 8 has elliptical vibrations pointing diagonally upwardly to the left as shown by symbol C, and the other Grizzriver 9 has elliptical vibrations pointing diagonally upwardly to the left as shown by symbol C. It becomes an elliptical vibration pointing diagonally upward and to the right as shown in C'. The fact that the vibration direction of each Grizz River differs depending on the part means that it is more effective in peeling off and removing the mud stuck between Grizz Rivers 8 and 9, compared to one that only vibrates in a fixed angle direction. can get.
