Conventionally, as a sake brewing machine, filter plates and pressing plates, each with a filter cloth wrapped around both sides, are stacked alternately and pressed together in a row in the left and right direction using a pressurizing device, and air pressure is injected into the pressing plates. The moromi placed between each filter cloth is pressed, and after depressurization, each filter plate and pressing plate are sequentially opened from one side and the sake lees is peeled off from each small section using a spatula. required a great deal of effort.

The work after separating the filter plates mentioned above is all manual work, and since the sake lees is a valuable product, it must be removed without losing its shape, but it not only requires special techniques but also can be done within a short period of time. Workers were extremely fatigued because they had to complete the work. In addition,
In recent years, the number of people skilled in the above-mentioned lees peeling work has been decreasing, so there is an urgent need to automate the lees peeling work.

By the way, the peeling device in the above-mentioned application is designed to remove the scraper between the filter cloth and the lees by moving the scraper forward without swinging the tip of the thin scraper in contact with the filter cloth surface of the pressing plate or filter plate. The tip is bent as if pushed in. However, the lees that adhere to the pressing plate and filter plate after squeezing are generally quite hard, and the edges of the lees are sloping to some extent, so it is difficult to simply move the scraper forward as described above. In some cases, the tip of the scraper rides on the slope of the lees and cannot penetrate the lees, and the lees does not always have uniform hardness and adhesive strength, so the tip of the scraper rides on the slope of the lees and may not be able to dig into the lees. Or, it may climb over parts of the lees that have strong adhesion. Therefore, it can be said that how reliably the tip of the scraper bites into the edge of the lees and how the scraper moves forward determines the quality of the lees peeling.

In the present invention, a traveling pedestal is provided on the upper part of the mortar press so as to be movable in the left-right direction, and a supporting member is suspended from a protrusion on at least one side of the pedestal so as to be movable in the front-back direction.
The support member includes a reciprocating member that can move forward and backward with respect to the separated single compression plate or filter plate, a vertically elongated scraper holding member that is fitted to the tip of the retractable member so as to be able to move up and down, and the holding member. A peeling device is provided which consists of a plurality of thin blade-like scrapers arranged in a multi-tiered manner and each of which has a thin blade at the tip, each of which is attached so as to be able to swing from side to side. The peeling device is configured to rotate the tip of the blade into a compressing plate or a filter plate by swinging each scraper from side to side. From the state of contact, the scraper is vibrated up and down by vertical reciprocation of the holding member and moved forward along the filter cloth surface on the plate, so that the tip blade part bites between the filter cloth and the dregs. It is an object of the present invention to provide a lees peeling device for a sake brewing mortar press, which is characterized in that the lees are removed as the process progresses, and whose purpose is to completely peel off the lees without leaving any residue.

Driven by the prime mover 13, the traveling frame 7 moves to a position corresponding to the pressing plate 5, and then each scraper 34a 1 -a 8 , 34b 1 -b 8 , 34'a 1 -a 8 , 3
4'b1 to b8 remain in the open state and are slightly moved toward the center by the drive of the prime mover 17 via the supporting members 23, 23'. Therefore, each scraper is in a position where its leading edge portion faces the frame member 5c of the pressing plate 5. Next, each scraper is closed by the extension operation of each small cylinder 35, and the frame material 5c is clamped by the tip blade portion (FIGS. 4, 5, and 6).

Subsequently, by actuation of the cylinders 27a, 27b, the reciprocating members 28a, 28b both start moving forward toward the center, and at the same time, the two front actuating cylinders 38 start reciprocating the rod.
Due to the operation of the cylinders 27'a, 27'b with a slight delay, the advancing/retracting members 28'a, 28'b also start moving forward toward the center, and at the same time, the two rear operating cylinders 38 are also moved to the rod. Starts the reciprocating movement of expansion and contraction.

Therefore, the advancing/retracting members 28a, 28b, 2
By the forward movement of 8'a and 28'b and the reciprocating movement of the rod extension and contraction of the operating cylinder 38, each scraper 34a 1 -a 8 , 34b 1 -b 8 , 34'a 1 -a 8 , 34'a 1

It bites between the edge of the filter cloth 3 and the filter cloth 3, and transmits the vibration to the lees P, forcibly peeling off even the hard lees P.

The extension of the cylinders 27a and 27b ends at a position where the tip end portions of the scrapers 34a 1 to a 8 and 34b' 1 to b 8 are slightly inserted from the center line of the pressing plate 5, and at the same time, the two cylinders on the front side The operating cylinder 38 stops the telescopic operation of the rod, and continues to operate the cylinders 27a,
27b is retracted, and the small cylinder 35 on the front side is retracted to remove the scrapers 34a 1 to a 8 , 34'.
Reverse and return while opening b 1 to b 8 . After a slight delay, the scrapers 34'a 1 to a 8 and 34'b 1 to b 8 also cross the center line of the pressing plate 5, and immediately after that, the cylinder 2
At the same time as the extension of the rods 7'a and 27'b is completed, the two working cylinders 38 on the rear side also stop extending and retracting the rod, and then the cylinders 27a and 27b are retracted, and the small cylinder 35 on the rear side is shortened and the scrapers 34'a 1 to a 8 and 34'b 1 to b 8 are opened while returning to the retracted position.

As described above in detail, when using the device of this invention,
Each scraper provided in the peeling device is attached to the advancing/retracting member so that it can swing left and right and reciprocate up and down. The left and right swinging of the scraper advances the advancing/retracting member from a state in which the tip blade portion is in contact with the squeezing plate or filtering plate, and each scraper is reciprocated up and down a short distance via the scraper holding member. Therefore, even if the edge of the lees forms a slope, the vibration of the scraper is transmitted to the lees, allowing the tip blade portion to sharply bite into the edge of the lees reliably. Furthermore, even if there are hard parts of the lees here and there, this vibration allows the lees to be completely peeled off without leaving any unpeeled parts.

A mortar press is provided in which each filter plate and pressing plate can be separated by a separating device, and a traveling frame is provided at the upper part of the press machine so as to be movable in the left and right direction, and a protruding portion on at least one side of the platform is provided. A support member is suspended so as to be movable in the front and back direction, and the support member includes a reciprocating member that can move forward and backward with respect to the separated single compression plate or filter plate, and a tip end of the retractable member that is movable up and down. A peeling device is provided, which comprises a fitted vertically elongated scraper holding member and a plurality of scrapers with thin blades at the tip, which are arranged in stages on the holding member and are each attached to the holding member so as to be able to swing from side to side. From the state in which the tip blade is brought into contact with the pressing plate or the filter plate by the left and right rocking of the scraper, the scraper is vibrated up and down by the up and down reciprocating movement of the holding member by an appropriate operating mechanism, and is moved along the filter cloth surface on the plate. A lees peeling device for a sake brewing mortar press, characterized in that the lees peeling device moves forward and advances by biting the tip blade portion between the filter cloth and the lees. (2) The actuation mechanism includes a wire rope that is hooked at one end to the holding member and wound around a pulley that extends upward and whose middle portion is pivoted to the upper end of the reciprocating member, and a rod that is fixed to the retractable member. an actuating cylinder whose tip is attached to the other end of the wire rope;
A lees peeling device for a sake brewing mortar press as set forth in claim 1 of the utility model registration claim.
